Archer wanted to know how much Journee was in pain, but she looked and sounded more annoyed and angrier with him. She wanted to say something else, but her mouth was saying something else.
"You… you think I am handsome?" asked Archer, shocked but slightly happy. The gorgeous girl, whom he could not stop thinking about, was calling him handsome.
"That's the only word you heard after I gave you such a long speech?" she snapped at him. He sniggered when he saw her rolling her eyes. "Oh, don't tell me you don't see women ogling at you. Just in the mornin…" gasped Journee and stopped talking.
"What? What in the morning?" asked Archer. His mind started making scenarios. His heart jumped out of his chest. "Shit! What did she see in the morning? Oh no! Oh no! Did she see what happened inside the bank? Did she follow me?"
