Chapter 181: Keep Calm, Blame Danzo
"Are you the guests who have come from earth?" asked Otsutsuki Kazuma, looking at the three figures who had arrived on the moon, they never received visitors even from Hyuga Clan member.
Usually, it would be them who send people to visit earth every few years to know what really happen there.
Otsutsuki Kazuma, the clan leader eyes moved from Raiken, to Madara and lastly to Black Zetsu. The first man had red hair that he recognized immediately as the mark of the Uzumaki bloodline, a descendant of Asura. The second carried long black hair and a bearing that he associated with the line of Indra. His eyes then settled on the third figure and he found himself confused with it, they never saw this creature befire. He did not know what Black Zetsu was exactly but he filed the question away for later and kept his expression neutral.
"Yes," said Raiken with an easy smile. "Thank you for receiving us."
Madara said nothing and even Black Zetsu just looked at the other Otsutsuki silently. Both of them simply looked at the group Otsutsuki with expressions that shows zero interest to speak with them.

"Please forgive them," said Raiken to Kazuma with the apologetic tone "They have developed a severe and chronic lack of communication skills and don't worry we are working on it so they can get treatment."
"What did you just say?" said Madara, his eyes snapping toward Raiken and sharingan appear on his eyes.
"I said that for two people who came here to ask for something, neither of you could manage even a nod toward someone who was clearly extending good will," replied Raiken without any change in his expression. "You are old enough to know better, Madara. Basic courtesy does not expire at any age."
Madara jaw tightened because he had been holding back many times the amount of frustration against Raiken and was finding it difficult to calm himself down.
"You," he started.
"Old man, please do not shout," said Raiken calmly. "Let the younger generation handle the conversation. The Baby Boomers can stand at the back and observe."

"He is worse than Hashirama," he muttered under his breath, even Hashirama would sometimes knows how to control his mouth.

Raiken turned back to Kazuma and make Madara insibile although he knows Madara a step before becoming angry.
"I apologize for the small drama, My name is Uzumaki Raiken and I am a descendant of Asura. The man with the impressive hair behind me is Uchiha Madara, a descendant of Indra." He paused and then pointed toward the dark figure standing slightly apart from both of them. "And that black liquid is the younger brother of Hamura. His name is Black Zetsu."
Every Otsutsuki present went silent at the same moment.
Unlike the people of earth who had largely lost any coherent record of events from a thousand years ago, the moon branch of the clan had maintained careful documentation of what had happened during the sealing of Kaguya and everything that surrounded it. They knew the names. They knew the history and they knew with certainty that Kaguya had birthed two sons, Hagoromo and Hamura, and nothing else.
"Wait," said Kazuma slowly. "What do you mean by younger brother? Are you saying Kaguya had another child?"
"Before she was sealed, yes," replied Raiken. "She produced a third, born from her and her power helped it too. He has been existing as a shadow on earth ever since, operating from behind every major conflict that has occurred in the last century and directing events toward the goal of freeing his mother from her prison."

Black Zetsu went rigid. Every exit from the current location was already mapped and the percentage of willingness to use them had climbed back to somewhere near absolute.
Madara, for his part, allowed himself a small internal satisfaction at watching Black Zetsu discomfort be aired openly in front of an entirely new audience.
"Are you telling us," said Kazuma carefully, his eyes moving between Raiken and Black Zetsu, "that the wars which have been occurring on earth for the past century were caused by this creature?"
The other Otsutsuki present leaned forward with variations of the same question written on their faces.
"If you are looking for someone to blame for everything that has gone wrong on earth," said Raiken, "the list is short, it is either Black Zetsu is at the top of it and a man named Danzo is second."

"Wait," said Kazuma, raising both palms. "You are moving too quickly and Who is Danzo?"
"Danzo is," Raiken paused and then waved a hand slightly, "honestly whenever something goes wrong on earth, regardless of the specifics, you can blame Danzo and you will be approximately correct about eighty percent of the time, It is a reliable shortcut."
Kazuma stared at him still confused.

Madara said nothing but somewhere behind his carefully maintained composure he found himself quietly agreeing. He had heard enough about Danzo from White Zetsu reports over the years to consider the assessment reasonable. If anything, eighty percent felt slightly conservative.
