"Gao Zhiming, Gao Zhiming, move a bit. You're lying on my hair."
A familiar female voice rang in Charles's ear. He opened his eyes to the familiar white energy-saving light on his ceiling.
That was the energy-saving light on his bedroom ceiling. There was no mistaking it; that was definitely his bedroom light. He'd lived in this place for more than ten years, so there was no way he could be wrong.
"Why are you still spacing out? I said you're crushing my hair." A soft hand reached over and pinched Charles's shoulder.
Charles turned his head and saw Anna, a hint of impatience on her face. Dressed only in her underwear, she lay beside him, yawning.
In a flash, Charles scrambled up. He glanced around the room and found himself back in his bedroom on the Earth's surface. Everything around him was completely unchanged.
"What's all this craziness so early in the morning?" Anna climbed out of bed and began to get dressed.
