While Brian veils and Lily were discussing plans for the future, the rabbits of the eleventh burrow were celebrating their victory while some mourned their dead.
Grey was tightly hugged by his injured mother "my little boy is all grown up now, please stop doing stupid things for the sake of others and think about yourself. I mean you made friends with a hyena, fox and a undead bear do you not have any self preservation!"
Grey smiled and hugged her back "I know ma and I missed your lectures more than you can realize." Brian looked at the wounded golo and exhausted Tony and gave them a slight nod of gratitude.
"Now before everything else let's gather everyone I have a announcement."
Before he could walk away his ears were yanked hard dragging him back to his mother
"Ow ow ow… what did I do this time?" Grey asked confused.
"I'm not done with you yet we still need to talk about that strange demon form and why you appeared here all bloody and broken a few days ago." Grey was being dragged away like a sack of potatoes.
Everyone else looked away as if the sky was suddenly more interesting at this moment.
While karma ran away shouting "I'll gather everyone like you asked have fun catching up with your mother."
Maria flew near Violet "excuse me ma'am but you can't just drag him away like that."
Grey looked at her with surprise and hope in his eyes before her next words. "He's been fighting with a lot of injuries from before the battle so make sure to drill in those self preservation lessons deep and make it hurt."
Violets fierce gaze softened at those words "thank you little lady, I'll make sure he learns his lesson well."
Grey was dragged off as he screamed "Traitors!!"
After a very long lecture and a few smacks Everytime he obviously lied grey explained everything. After that he came to the now gathered crowd with a new look on life and self preservation that will probably last up to a hour.
Grey slowly limped unto a big pile of rubble while looking over everyone. There was few rabbits than before and his new friends standing alongside them. The kids were all surrounding shin and jade not caring for race as the adults just eyed the two cautiously.
'Crap I hate crowds but this needs to be announced' grey thought to himself.
He took a deep breath in to calm himself but karma came up to him and whispered the last words the elder left behind about not trusting the council.
Greys face twisted at the dark truth even though he heard similar things before but at the moment he couldn't recall who said it.

"I know i am not the most trustworthy of folks but I have a way for us to stay safe in a new land where we can all start over."
One of the brown furred females smoke up "don't get me wrong I'm grateful but you expect us to start over somewhere else and live with bears and snakes?"
Grey stared her with a dead pan face. "I'm not expecting anything from ~you~. I'm just letting everyone know they are welcome to join me and my friends as we go to a new land that's protected. I only came back for my family while most of my friends here already died, you can stay or join up with the council for all I care but just know they were behind this."
Everyone started gossiping loudly as grey slowly climbed down people parted ways to let him pass. "If your joining me I'll be by the west gate at midnight."
Jade emerged form greys shadow gently lifting him up. "You need to rest for now, I'll carry you wherever you want."
"Thanks… for this and for protecting my siblings, I mean it."
Jade just carried him with a warm smile on her face and a slight blush.
Violet started handing out potions to help Maria and Daisy heal those still injured when Maria looked up and shook her head in dismay.
"It looks like your son over there is a danger lover who didn't here a word you said."
Daisy and violet looked in the direction Maria was facing only to see leaning on top of a snake and both of them smiling like idiots.
Daisy smiled at that scene while violet looked like someone just punched her.
"That boyyy!!! Does he not realize he's literally courting death? I mean most rabbits see a snake and rune but ~noooo~ my son has to try flirting with his natural predators! He might be a chimera now but still!"
Maria chuckled "I think it's fine, I mean look they seem happy?"
"TCH, but no son of mine gonna mate with a snake!"
"Whoa whoa whoa… calm down violet just let them kids be. We older can go out and get a drink while everyone is getting ready and don't worry karma and the kids are preparing everything so we just gotta relax."
On their way golo, rex, Tony and a small cocoa all meet up with grey. "Thank you everyone I owe you all and don't worry I will always be ready to return the favor. Now come with me I'll introduce to my family and Tony don't worry my mother loves teach alchemy so just give the me till everything settles down."
Tony smirk brighted the area like a impatient kid waiting for presents.
Grey and Jade joined up with karma at his house seeing them gather only the important stuff and a few paintings their mother made.
Grey looked around curiously "hey karma where's shin?"
Karma looked a bit weird at that question "she said she was hungry so she went to steal a few leftover fox corpses."
"Oh… ok I'll just help you out."
Bumper speed up near grey leaving a dust trail in his wake and arriving with a smile that put the sun to shame. "Don't worry bro, I already got most of it just rest while you can."
Five more little rabbits came running towards grey with a exhausted and slightly burnt winter following behind them.
"Well Jade… let me introduce to the song family my little siblings and my best friends."
Jade looked slightly nervous as her face heated up slightly but only enough for winter to notice.
"OH?" Winter said with a knowing smirk. Rex chuckled in the back of the two opposing groups the two seemed to come under a silent mutual understanding.
"So the green one is my best friend karma, the blue one is winter who's also my best friend they like each other but that's all."
"Ahem!" Karma interrupted "actually we are now a pair I asked her and she agreed… after a trial."
Grey looked shocked "wut? Really?" Grey stared at the two with karma standing proudly and winter who was three times bigger than him blushing clearly like a little girl.
"We will talk more about this later? Anyways these are my siblings here's thumper, tiny, snow, puffy, Rosie and Bobby jr. they are all annoying little idiots but I love them… somehow?"
"What come on you can't say that your making us look bad." Tiny said as she cracked the ground around her with her
"Yeah we really smart now I even got the same rune as mom so I must be a genius!" Snow stated proudly.
"Can we play when you get better?" Rosie asked
"Bro look we all awakened early but I'm the fastest as a speed rune user. Let's race!" Bumper asked.
"No he will wrestle with me!" Rosie said angrily. "Nuh uh" thumper said in her face only to be chased by her as she summoned a leopard spirit.
While everyone was arguing Puffy was eating a potato and Bobby was sleeping
Golo chuckled "You have such a loud and lively family, no wonder you're so unique."
While Tony and golo started chatting with the song family Rex whispered something in cocoas ears causing her usually deadpan to widen from shock and stare at grey strangely.
Winter soon joined them and the all started quiet gossiping while looking back at grey and Jade every now and then.
Winter and Rex shook their heads in dismay while cocoa was nodding vigorously.
A few hours later greys friends and family met up at the east gate with a few bags of stuff
"Oh yeah now that I think about it what was that claw thing you were talking about earlier?"
Tony and Rex slapped their foreheads in displeasure sighing deeply.
Golos casual smirk grew into a ecstatic smile "I'm glad you asked you see most major groups have a unique name so I thought we could be the six claws!"
"Why?"
"Because my little bunny most of us have claws while the ones without will claw their way to victory!" He said pumping up his fist like he was a sports manager.
They catted a bit about the name while waiting till midnight.
The moment the moon was at it's highest grey looked around most rabbits had come join grey while the few skeptical ones decided to stay and head to another burrow in the morning.
'Welp I tried' grey thought as he slowly got off of Jade and summoned the gate stone from his mind that Ted gave him.
From everyone else's perspective a weird stone appeared in his paw through a puff of blue smoke.
Grey activated the stone and a massive blue misty portal opened up in front of grey.
He turned around and looked at everyone who was behind him seeing some nervous faces while most of the others were just exhausted.
"Let's go everybody it's time for a… umm hmm a new… a new chance to truly be free."
Karma just patted him on the shoulder while shaking his head in a mocking manner. "Quit while your ahead, big inspirational speech's were never your thing buddy."
Grey stood there absolutely stunned as every walked into the portal after karma entered. Jade entered last dragging grey in.
Everyone was staring at the area around them in awe.
A pretty big plains full of hills and flowers ear a lake flowing not too far from them. In the distance was mist as far as the eye could see in all directions and on the other side of the lake was a massive temple of sorts.
" hey grey? Where are we?" Violet asked as everyone was taking in the new view.
"Oh this? It's just some land in the hills of endless mist and that temple is where the Demi god of dreams sleeps." Grey said with a smug look.
"WHAT!!!" Everybunny yelled at the same time except greys mother as she heard about this before but it was still shocking.
"Don't worry we have his permission already just avoid being too loud near the temple and you'll be ~fine~" he made it sound like no big deal.
Blitz walked passed grey "come on everyone it's to late for this we can be amazed in the morning right now we all need to sleep and rest up to recover."
Most agreed and created holes to sleep in with earth runes. A few slept on the soft grass while others watched as grey snuggled atop a coiled up snake looking peaceful.
Maria flew to a nearby tree close to the flowers with Rex behind her while golo and cocoa snuggled up for warmth.
