Maybell took a while to finish the potion of ghost transformation, but that is expected for all potions. While Maybell was making the potion she explained to us how the potion worked.
"When you drink the potion of ghost transformation you only take one sip, no more and something more than ghost transformation will happen to you. You also have to remember that the potion is only temporary, it will probably last for 96 hours/3 days," Maybell explained
"Is there anything else that could go wrong with the potion?" Isabela asked
"Well the only other thing is that the recipe is similar to the potion of zombie transformation, but it should be fine, but I'll try the first sip just to make sure. Also, when we get in we need undercover names just incase something bad happens," Maybell answered
When Maybell took a sip, white gas surrounded her, and when the gas cleared she was a ghost. Everyone else took turns taking a sip. When we were all ghosts we headed to the gate of the city. There was so much security, and so many ghosts staring at us like they wanted us dead. It was very intimidating and I could tell some of my teammates were scared. When we got to the gate, we saw someone standing there.
"Name?" ??? asked
"What?" Maybell said
"NAME" ??? yelled
"Oh umm, my name is May-ri-gold. Marigold?!" Maybell said awkwardly
"Alright... you," ??? said
"Me, umm Ellison," Ezra answered
"Ok, the girl at the back," ??? said
"M-my name is Clover," Staria said weakly
"Mhm, you girl at the front just tell everyone else's name!" ??? said
"Umm sure, the girl right there(Isabela) is Ava, and the boy next to her(Ace) is Eric. This here(Cyrus) is Ethan and I'm... uh umm Lydia," I said
"LYDIA" Marigold(Maybell) yelled
"SILENCE! You are all free to go inside, but I must warn you. Once inside the city, you are not to break a SINGLE RULE IN THIS CITY, Understood!" ??? shouted
"Uh yes sir, and before we go into the city may we know your name?" Ever(Isabela) asked
"Sighs" The names Cedar," Cedar said
After, that meeting with Cedar we headed inside the city. We all looked for a ghost version of my parents but had no luck. Soon we got tired and took a lunch break at a ramen restaurant. Then, we looked for somewhere to stay for the night, but since this is a ghost city, they don't get visitors often. There were no hotels or apartments. So the only other options were to ask a ghost if we could stay at their house or sleep on the streets. So we started asking around, but they all just said no. We also need information on this city and need someone that's willing to give us that information.
While we were looking for help, I felt like someone was spying on us and I wasn't on this thought alone. Most of my teammates also detected someone nearby, but we didn't want to make a scene so we didn't do anything to them, yet. But surprisingly the stalker came to us first.
The stalker was a girl ghost. She didn't say anything and signaled us to follow her. She looked like she knew we needed help so we followed her, but was very cautious about our surroundings.
