Stepping into the underground, Di Tou couldn't help but take a small breath in surprise. Although they hadn't even walked far yet, and the architecture wasn't anything special, the somewhat musky and unpleasant odor of the burning rubble had already dissipated. Seeing Di Tou's reaction, Lotus couldn't help but chuckle, "That was one of the first things I had changed when I started working here. A little lip on the doorway so that the smell wouldn't travel down."
Nodding in appreciation, Di Tou wanted to begin critiquing the fact that they burned trash to boil tea, but before he thought better of it, he shut his mouth. Alright, others could insult their own home, but as an outsider, if he did so he would be being more then a little bit rude.
