Dylan immediately went home to take a shower. He frowned as he remembered sleeping on Zoe's bed. Taking a glance at his clothes, he scrunched his nose in disgust. He threw them into the dustbin.
After showering, he prepared to head to Lily's house. Since he had finished his work yesterday, he was able to rest for the day. Any non-urgent matters could be dealt with directly using his phone or his laptop.
He began packing a few daily items and toiletries. After he was done, Dylan noticed that it was already bright outside. He hadn't taken his breakfast, nor did he have a sip of water. Dylan then made his way to the mall to buy some essential items for a pregnant woman.
But he arrived too early. The mall was yet to open.
Dylan parked his car and got out of it. Leaning against the car, he lit a cigarette. He waited patiently for the mall to open, getting lost in his thoughts.
