On the papers were mostly printed words in a letter format, as if trying to explain why she was being sent such a thing.

It went on to describe things as if there was more to the world than what most experienced and believed it to be.
Some were born or awakened to experience the truth of the world, but the vast majority of the world would remain ignorant of it.
It went on to explain that if she made use of what she had obtained, then she could use it to protect herself and her family in the coming days.
She could use it as she wanted so long as she did not do something that got her into trouble, as nobody would be able to help her if she did something to gain unwanted attention.
