With all this settled, there was only one thing that was left for me to do.
"You're back."
"I'm back."
Rose was about to get out of bed to come over to me, but I quickly went over and had her sit back down.
"I'm fine already."
In truth, she was already fine since I had found the best of the best to cast healing magic on her. However, I still didn't feel assured which was why I had her stay in bed like this.
"You've been through a lot, so the least you can do is relax for a bit like this."
Rose didn't seem happy about this, but at least she didn't complain. After all, I had insisted on this and I was still her husband.
At the very least, I was able to get her to listen to me like this.
Though from the way that she hid things behind her pillow, I could tell that she had been secretly working during this time. It wasn't hard to guess who had given her these things, but there really were too many culprits.
