Chapter 324 - Adventure of Astral Part 63.5: Intel Infiltration

The sun rose with their intentions growing in every moment. The five sprung out of bed as they began their daily stretches. Each moved with intent as each one dressed themselves in their various disguises. Willow wore her silver and green sweatshirt with the armor beneath. Hiding daggers in her jacket pockets. Dante put on his black leather jacket and two toned jeans as he did his hair.

Finnick buttoned his shirt up as he readied his gauntlet and loaded up his elemental cartridges into his many pant pockets. James tossed on a gray and orange hoodie with deep blue pants. Angel threw on a light blue tank top with her pink gauntlets, pink shoes to match as her leggings were as dark as their ambitions. James loaded his side satchel up with the devices needed to break into their security.

The five met in the living room below. "One last time. Willow will escort the two of you to the building as I will keep the masses in front of the building peaceful with the protest. Finnick you get to be on standby. Viewing from the rooftop above overlooking in case we need help." Dante detailed every step on a holographic map. Pointing at each spot as a printer in the background whirred to life.

"What more are you looking for Dante, other than everything?" James softly pawed at the table as the two looked at the poster boards being spat out of the printer. "The corruption of the government, the hiding of the facility. All of it?" Dante nodded as he and Angel bobbed back and forth, ready for their goal. "We can get you everything."

"We won't fail you, but you will have to turn around pretty quick on the information to forward it to the rest of the public." Angel scoffed as Willow leaned against the doorway.

"Even if we drop it all, how much of the public would rebel?" Willow questioned softly as no one around the table answered. Mr. Lark approached with a few baked goods and set them down.

"No fighting without eating something. Supplied by the local bakery. They caught wind of who's voice was in that video and thought me." A chuckle escaped Mr. Lark "Told him this was the younger generation. They gave me a dozen on the house. Don't get it confused. You have more support than I do. As for the storage containers in here. I've been busy using them for housing for escaped Hybrids until the boat comes back."

They all grabbed two donuts each and devoured them. Mr. Lark laughed as he opened the door and waved for them to move. "Keep your heads down until the protest starts. Once that happens, then make the moves you are planning." They nodded as Dante grabbed the posters and put them in the back seat of the truck. James and Angel hopped in the enclosed bed of the truck as Willow got in the drivers seat. Finnick paused for a moment in the doorway as Lark set a hand on his shoulder.

"Kid, you have a great power. You know how to use it, keep yourself safe and it'll keep them safe. Don't worry about anything and just be happy about any progress made. They won't get you this time. Those four, will protect you at all costs." He tapped his shoulder with a gentle pat as tears welled up in Finnicks eyes.

"I just don't want to lose more family." He swiftly turned and latched his arms around Lark as the response was met with equal care. Lifting him up with one arm and setting him in the truck. Both of them let go as Finnick zipped up the tent on the back side. Both sides smiling as Willow began to pull away to the capital building.

All stayed quiet on the ride as Angel and James shifted further to the cab. Finnick and Dante sitting to be ready to hand out posterboards with protest messages. Neither of them ready to back down from their challenges to be faced. The truck parked a block away as traffic became blocked by authorities. "Mandated stop. Ma'am can you tell me whats in the back?" The officer approached the window as Willow gave a silent nod to herself.

"Posters for the protest officer, with two people in the back to hand them out. We can get out here if that's okay for you." Willow scrambled as her calm tone was layered with the elevated volume as the chants began to stir in front of the building. Being heard from all around.

"Sure. Just park this elsewhere when you are done." The officer strolled away as he tapped the side of the truck. James and Angel became shocked from the leniency shown. Finnick opened the zipper as Dante hopped out, being handed supplies the two would bring to the rest. Minutes passed as the twins remained motionless until the cargo was emptied, Finnick dashed off to the other side of the street. Taking his lookout spot above the building. His skin transparent as he climbs the walls.

Willow pulled away and made the detour around to the backside of the government center. Parking the truck on the back side as James and Angel slithered out of the cover. Standing along the wall as both approached the service door. Willow waved goodbye as her sprint began to circle back to the front side to join the chanting mass growing.

Once she began to blend in no one else noticed her. She got behind Dante and began to whisper to his ear. "The cage has been opened." He turned and nodded. Jumping up to the edge of the curve. Megahorn in his hands as he turned it on.

"WE ARE HERE FOR ONE REASON. WE WANT AWARENESS THAT THE HYBRIDS ARE TRULY STILL AS MUCH AS HUMANS AS WE ARE. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEN SHOUT OUT WITH ME." Dante raised his poster. "FREE ALL HYBRIDS!" The crowd joined in as a line of security officers with riot shields began to fill in front of the giant doors in the front.
