The rest of the team handled the camp, making it more defensible while Althea also prepared herself.

"I'm feeling a bit bad you're getting so deeply involved," Beru said. This was more than just rescuing slaves in a village. They were capable people from the City, after all.
The reason they were being so low-key was because they had detected some anomalous existances in the area. They did not want to alert them too much, especially not associate the rescue with their City.
This meant that this mission could have other variables they had not considered before.
But when they thought about it, they also thought that someone with a flexible mind and strong enough strength like Lady Althea was also the perfect candidate for this. This was in stark contrast with people who only knew brute force, i.e. the rest of them.
