As the kids were quick on descending into the area, Harvard and Applin would be pulled to the side. Beyond such festivities, the kingdom itself is a lot more peaceful than vibrant, where the small sloshes of water from the fountains acting as a perfect hotspot for those that wish to gather around, the stores cleaning themselves to get ready for their next customers, and the White Rabbit keeping watch as he'd hop from hole to hole in the area, a personal surveillance camera in the scene, as the other Wonders come following.
When the two had some proper space, Applin would be seen atop of Harvard, nibbling a bit at his neck, drinking small bits of his blood to help get her energy up. Despite knowing such would drain him, the Magician was able to replenish his own faster than what she can suck, allowing him to act as a nearly infinite blood bag provided he doesn't go low on his own energy. Furthermore, the boy can't help but think she looked cute when trying to take such blood, like a baby having their first lollipop. He'd be quick on using a spell, Joker, to create the appendages of Eurodux. The Monster's massive hands would grab onto the edges of the building's walls and pull it, extending it, letting it make a whole table for him to expel and sort his cards out. "Ooookay! So you want to have your own magic, huh?" Harvard asked.
Applin nodded once she got off. "Mhm! Mommy never really gave me a chance to learn it what with my condition thingy, so to know I have a chance NOW is making me a lil' bit excited~! Is this your magic, Darling~?" She'd reply, looking over the mass amount of cards he's collected and made throughout his journey.
"Yep! Pick one you think fits! I'll help you learn that specific style once I cast it!" Applin squealed as she'd started to hover over such a spread deck, eyeing up each one, seeing what catches her fancy. Her head tilts to and fro whenever she sees a plausible selection, puzzled in what would be available. The Seals were an option, but she didn't like the idea of pure control over a person. Potion could mean she could make lots of concoctions, but she would need to keep track what they were in the process. The Monsters looked strong, but she was VERY knowing that even one would drain most of her own power and leave her vulnerable. "Stumped, huh?" he'd taunt, being next to her as she'd think.
"Hmmm... None of them seem to be AS much as I'd thouuuught. I do like her though!" She'd state, as she'd reach out for a specific monster: Puzzlmina. "She somewhat reminds me of what me and Daddy did whenever we were at home."
"She does?"
"Mhm! Daddy always brings all sorts of games whenever he came home from work. One of my favorite ones was this round, red dollie with a meanie face. There's even a song for him, too whenever we played it!" She'd state, having her hold the card as she began to twirl, singing it in a soft, siren-like tone, almost mesmerizing by the voice alone.
"Daru~ma-san!"
"Ga Ko~ronda!"
"Daru~ma-san!"
"Ga Ko~ronda!"
"Daru~ma-san!"
"Ga Ko~ronda!"
"Ima cho~tto Dake Ugo~ita!"
The small phrase repeats again and again as she'd keep such a rhythm, the card slowly responding to her allure. Harvard would sway his head side to side as she sang, and as the monster slowly began to appear, the Game Master, Puzzlmina, was quick to answer her wishes. She'd see her small, faint memories with her father, the red Daruma doll sitting high amongst a few blocks, and a hammer alongside with it. Extracting that very hammer, the card would return back to Harvard's deck, as the monster warped its body around to take that very appearance. By the time Applin stopped singing, she'd be met with that very hammer. Golden and black in design, with the Daruma's face on each side, staring out as if it had no thought. She'd be in awe as she'd feel the texture of the steel-like hammer, jumping a bit as she'd try to catch Harvard's attention, with the Card Magician nodding in response. "Well, go on! What can it do?"
Applin would be curious and try to see if she can pull in Harvard to help her test it. "Let me hit you on your arm and we'll see!" She'd ask. The Magician wasted no time in holding his arm out, allowing Applin to wind up and smack down on it. At first, there was no real damage behind it, as if all he felt was a light breeze. Both children even glanced at one another, expecting anything significant to happen. Once that minute passed, the two shrugged and tried to set up the deck again for a different option. As Harvard tried to raise his arm in order to get his cards out, however, he'd feel it going completely limp. Shocked, the two tried to see if they can make it move, even giving small taps to receive any feeling, only being met with a numb sensation. "...This isn't your own magic, right Darling~?"
"Yeah no, I have no idea what's even happening here." He'd state as he'd try to look at his surroundings to see if anything was influencing his arm. As he did, he'd notice what was once mere grass and stone blossomed out into a beautiful garden of roses and poppies, nudging at the Vampiress at the odd flora. He'd be curious and raise his other arm in order to investigate further, letting Applin tap it with her new hammer once more. As it connected, they were able to see the process, an astral projection of his arm leaving from his physical body. Swiftly, the Vampiress would try to catch it, though that very energy merely sunk down and absorbed itself into her. As it did, she'd immediately become overwhelmed, her body tensing, her muscles visible, her eyes bulging. "ARE YOU OKAY!?" Harvard asked, trying to help as much as he can despite losing both arms.
Rather than pain, however, Applin made an ear to ear smile, her fangs visible, her pupils dialating. "BETTER THAN OKAY, MY DAR~LING ♡!! I FEEL LIKE I'M QUEEN OF THE DAMN WORLD!!!!!" Her mind was spiking hard in such dopamine, as her vision began to be more precise than ever before, even seeing the smaller details of the birds that fly across the sky and the puffy clouds that swirled around. Harvard was a bit worried for her sake nonetheless, such fears being heightened further as she'd start to make a mad dash around Calibren, with him expelling his ribcage to catch his cards and go after her. Whatever magic she did made her take his energy and injected it directly into her own body at that moment.
A Style that knocks out chunks of energy and imprinting it anywhere to mimic the style it has. The Card Magician never expected Applin to have such a horrifying ability, moreso when she was giggling manically whilst bouncing all over the place as if she was high on sugar.
