Chapter 509 - Chapter 509: Tea Time

"HARVARD!!!" Envy shouted, clawing across the clean halls, as he'd barge straight in through the door, assuming it was the guest room. He'd pant and gasp, trying to catch his breath after such a nightmare, looking to try and look at him directly.

.

. . .

. . . . .

"Do you mind??" The Card Magician asked, as he and his friends would be sipping tea on a small table.

"...You're NOT having a tea party-"

"Hey, Applin made it! It has cookies too, so I'm sold already!" He'd remark as he'd be quick to chowing down a cookie, with Solomon rolling his eyes and Applin quickly looking over to the Living Tar's body.

"Sooooooooooooooooo, what exactly do you need so badly you broke the door down?" She'd ask, almost in a snide sneer, ticking off the Tar somewhat as he'd try to speak up. He'd first attempt to explain the Elite Bounty Hunter, but as he tried to do so, he could feel his tongue being squeezed down, pressured into being unable to move up. A Sigil was planted underneath in order to prevent his speech, barring him from ever speaking, nay, conveying the very thought of such Seal Magic. The Tar grunts as he'd switch topics, feeling the pressure subside almost immediately in his change of thought. "Well...? Do we need to call the guards here?" She'd ask.

"No, no, nothing to worry with that. Besides, they're busy already with his own mess. We wouldn't want to make a second one here." A cocky tone from Alice's voice as she sipped her own cup, with Stolas looking over in a gesture to see if he'd be willing to take that from a child like her.

Envy's brow twitches, as he'd speak up. "OKAY! So... You know Sozo's bullsh-... Stuff. Stuff is what I meant to say."

"You're still trying to swear??" Harvard asked.

"SHUT UP! Listen. You know how the King rolls, right? Nihilistic Know-it-all that wants to kill the world? APPARENTLY... He and I somehow share the same head. Thoughts, imagination, whatever exists up there is linked between us! He TALKED to me about this! I'm... I'm not like him, yeah?? There's no way-"

"Real quick question... Where did you somehow learned all this?" Solomon asked, as he'd blew into his cup to avoid the tea burning his tongue.

"...In a dream."

The group fell silent, knowing the absurdity of the situation. "Right, did anyone else in this table ever had a chance to talk to people when they were ASLEEP?"

"Does being comatose count?" Harvard asked, much to the annoyance of the Biblical Sorcerer. Zazel would also raise his hand, indicating he felt the same voice, showing there was some evidence when it came to the unconscious.

"Okay, fine, MAYBE he's telling the truth. Still though, in your dreams?? Like, yeah, it SOMETIMES can predict the future by sheer chance, but being a direct call from one another sounds weird if you say it out loud, doesn't it?"

Envy groaned as he'd nod in agreement. "BUT THERE'S MORE! I was als-" Immediately hit with the pressure again, causing the children to take notice when he was struggling to speak. Harvard would get up from his table and force his mouth open, trying to see what was the issue. To his surprise, nothing was visible. Envy moved his eyes down to see if he could look at the markings, and as expected, it was still there. The children were puzzled, especially in seeing Envy trying to suggest something being on his tongue, but nothing was presented there.

"Okay THAT is starting to be weird. You're not tongue tied or anything, are you?" As Harvard asked, seeing Envy respond with a shake of his head, would confirm his suspicions a bit. "Yeah... something's up with your mouth then. You don't usually hold back when you talk if its something big."

"Alice. Do you know of anything that prevents speaking terms?" Zazel asked, to which the Wonder Girl nodded.

"We do happen to have ourselves a silencer group. It's to prevent people from leaking out certain knowledge from spoken out, direct or indirect. Even vague hints and gestures would usually be caught under it."

"So its a Sealing style." As soon as Solomon brought up the notion, Envy groaned loudly for the children to hear, pointing his figure at the Biblical Sorcerer. They were quick to put two and two together in knowing what was going on. "I'll take that as a yes. We're gonna need to go around the place to find whoever planted it so he can speak up properly."

"I could have my Seven Wonders go in if they need to! Would that be of any help?" Alice asked, to which a quick nod would have her snap her fingers and bring one of them over: The White Rabbit. A Massive hole made just far enough from the table as he'd enter, hopping through it and hitting a backflip into an open arm pose, a small set of claps from the children as Alice drank her tea. "We're looking for a caster with Sealing capabilities. Can you ask the others to keep an eye out for them?" She'd ask kindly.

The Rabbit did a bow as he'd began to descend back into the hole. "With great pleasure, my dear. Enjoy your tea!" he'd announce before disappearing away.

As the kids were ready to finish up, Applin would be quick on tugging at Harvard's shoulder a bit. "Ah... Darling~? I might need a wee bit of help, if you don't mind me asking." She'd ask, watching as Envy struggling, much to the hidden hilarity Tsukiya had, letting him go back to his room as the children got ready to leave. When Harvard gave the Vampiress his attention, she'd whisper something to him, mainly in silence, in an effort to ensure nobody notices.

"...Ohhhh. Yeah, I gotchu! I can help with that!" The boy stated with a wide smile, as the gates opened.

"You will~!? Oh you're so wonderful, Darling~! Thank you, thank you!"

"Hey! If it means anything, It could potentially mean you can return the favor."

The Vampiress paused as he gave such words, an inner squeal out from her soul, her dream potentially reachable, if she gives it her all.
