Norris nodded slightly, then was led away by Trenton Smith.
At the entrance of the Miller Family estate, Trenton's car was parked there.
He opened the passenger door and gave her a slight nod of his chin.
Norris pressed her lips together, lowered her head, and sat in the passenger seat.
Trenton didn't get into the driver's seat. Instead, he squeezed in beside her. In the not-so-spacious front seat of the Bentley, they were crammed together. Norris was lifted from her seat as he pulled her onto his lap. Holding her tightly, he rested his chin against her sharp shoulder blade and closed his eyes, taking in the faint scent lingering on her.
"Trenton, what are you doing?"
Norris, entirely encircled by him, felt a bit uncomfortable. She squirmed, trying to free herself from his embrace.
The man loosely held onto her waist, placing sporadic kisses on the tender skin of her neck. His tone was languid. "Feeling a bit better now?"
