Aldana gave an "Ah," remembered, and awkwardly nudged Ellen: "Angela Summer chat, Ellen, didn't you invite Angela Summer for dinner?"
Ellen also gave an "Ah," stood up from her seat, "She silently sticks to the corner all day, I almost forgot she was here!"
After saying that, she hurried downstairs to call Angela Summer up for dinner.
After a while, Ellen returned alone.
"Where's she?" Aldana looked behind her but didn't see anyone coming up.
"She said she has no appetite to eat," Ellen plopped down next to her, "Forget it, let's eat earlier ourselves."
Aldana hesitated for a moment, nodded, and didn't say anything more.
She wasn't going to be overly sympathetic and ask Ellen to smooth things over again, especially since Angela Summer's words had left her somewhat dissatisfied and resentful. What did she mean by "He did many stupid things for you, you should know that."
What did she mean by "He ended up isolated and destitute because of you"?
