Chapter 200 - Super Creature!

"White Mouse."

Bian wrote those two words on the back of the mouse, draining half of the ink in the Altering Brush.

"Alright, listen carefully little white. My organisation is going to send two more people after me. Challenge both of them and they will forfeit afterwards," Bian said.

"Don't you mean they should challenge me?" White Mouse was confused. First place couldn't challenge others and could only be challenged.

Bian just smiled and didn't respond. Not that White Mouse could see his smile, with him using the Dongxuan Sutra to mask his body.

A portal opened behind him and Bian retreated, allowing the White Mouse to get the ranking of first position.

Once Bian left, he put away the Altering Brush and brought out the Silver Cauldron. This time, he didn't mask his presence, but the Silver-Plated Armor covered most of his body.

Bian used the Crystal Lens geno core of the Purple Mantis to cover his eyes, hence making him completely unrecognisable.

Once the Silver Cauldron was evaluated, it shot up to first position and tens of battle requests came in a second.

Bian accepted the request of White Mouse, soon appearing in a forest area.

White Mouse was sceptical, but after Bian left another person really did shoot up to first place.

"What kind of creature is this? Which organisation did he say he belonged to? I can't afford to offend them!" He shelved any thoughts of taking advantage and challenged the new number one, which had just knocked him down a peg.

A man wearing silver armor came through the portal. Only his eyes were supposed to be visible, but two gemstones were covering both eyes, casting a bright reflection on White Mouse.

"Are you also a part of the organisation?" White Mouse hadn't gotten a name, so he could only ask like this.

The Silver Armor man simply nodded and then he retreated. White Mouse gained first position again.

"Something is wrong with this White Mouse. How has he gotten first position again?"

"He must know about these people who have found a way to hack the leaderboards and obtain first position."

Soon a rumor began spreading among the denizens of the Fourth God Sanctuary. It said there was a group of people who found a way to hack the rankings and get first position every time.

Nobody knew their race or how they did it, but people began to suspect the White Mouse who was in first position for the silver rankings.

Sure enough, another geno core appeared and took first position again.

"Hey, isn't that the Solum Mirror? The geno core that killed Black Mountain God in the bronze rankings?"

Hundreds of people sent battle invites, but once again, the figure only chose to accept the invite of White Mouse.

"Damn! There really is something wrong with this White Mouse."

A portal opened in a smooth and rocky plain. This time around, White Mouse was very shocked by who he saw.

It wasn't a shadow figure, or an armored man, but an actual human being. His skin was flawless like jade and his countenance was like the ocean, unmoved by the world around him.

The figure just nodded and he was already about to retreat before White Mouse yelled.

"The name! At least tell me the name of your organisation."

Now White Mouse wouldn't even dare to remove the marking on him. It could act as a deterrent against those strong forces to protect his life.

Bian looked at White Mouse impassively, but within he was trying to come up with a name for his last-minute organisation.

He couldn't challenge himself on the rankings and none of his companions had gotten a silver geno core yet.

Bian could, but he wouldn't deal with the constant harassment that came with first position. Hence the need for this secret organisation.

He gave it little thought and was about to call it the Ken Dynasty, but the inhabitants of the shelter he was at already knew him as Ken.

"The Empire."

Although Emperical was different from Imperial, it sounded close to Empire so Bian casually called his non-existent organisation The Empire, then he left.

The Altering Brush, Silver Cauldron and Solum Mirror had all been strengthened nine times.

Now Bian could level them up to gold wherever he was, once the conditions were met.

As he stepped out of the Geno Core Storage, Bian extended his Dongxuan Sense as far as he could and soon found the trading place.

There wasn't much goods that piqued his interest and the unfriendly gazes didn't make his trip any better, but Bian had to admit that these guys were master craftsmen when it came to pottery and earthenware.

At last, he found a person selling porcelain bottles which had very high quality. They were quite durable and could preserve medicinal contents for years.

"How much for the bottles?" Although these guys weren't too friendly and might spike the prices, money had not been an issue for Bian for quite some time now.

"You can't buy these with money, you have to trade for them."

Bian didn't have any geno fruits, but he had quite a number of ordinary and primitive geno cores which he had gotten, but had little to no use for him.

He traded a dozen geno cores for all the bottles in the store which was a little over twenty. It was quite pricey, but the geno cores were like trash to Bian. He was even quite happy to get rid of them and acquire something useful instead.

As Bian was still walking across the area, he felt a sense of looming danger. Bian wouldn't doubt his instincts which had been sharpened by the intent mantra.

He immediately released the Emperical Aura, sweeping in countless acres of land into its indigo light.

"You! You're the cause of this light."

Bian didn't bother finding a secluded place when he unleashed the light, so several people saw the light originating from his body.

He couldn't be bothered with their reactions, because he could perceive a huge beetle heading towards the shelter.

Two figures sat on its back, one of whom was Nuigu, but Bian was more concerned with the life force of the beetle.

Nuigu and the other person on the beetle's back were already sacred-blood creatures, but comparing their life force to that of the beast was like the difference between a candle and a lightbulb.

It was the brightest life force he had seen.

"Super creature!"

Bian's face was glum. He summoned the sacred-blood draconic wings and flew to one of the several holes in the stone above their heads.

"Stop him!" A figure shouted and several more jumped after him. The capes on their bodies unraveled into wings and flapped so hard, they seemed to turn invisible.

Their efforts were in vain as they watched him get smaller and smaller. Only two sacred-blood residents could barely keep up with him.

A light erupted from their Y-shaped horns and the two of them suddenly sped up, catching up to Bian in a few seconds.

Bian saw that once that light appeared, the same thing happened to Nuigu and the large beetle. Suddenly, the beetle sped up like a train and would reach there in under a minute.

"Get out of my way!" Bian wasn't so conceited that he believed he could take on a super creature just yet.

He made a twist mid-air and approached the two figures chasing him.

One of them moved to grab his wings, while the other went above him and stomped down.

Bian caught the foot before it slammed into him and a scream erupted from his side.

The draconic wings were not pure flight beast souls but had been formed from several fusions including some weapon beast souls.

The edges of the wings were sharp like daggers, capable of slicing off a couple of fingers from anyone who was foolish enough to grab at it.

Still holding his opponent's leg, he threw him at his companion and returned the favor, stomping on both of them.

A Silver Mirror appeared, illuminating the entire region like the daylight sun.

"Retaliation!"

A square beam shot out from the surface of the mirror, striking the two who had attacked him.

At the last moment, they brought out their geno cores. A dark metal ball completely encased the two, but they were still launched away from the sky in a straight line.

They, who had never seen light, were suddenly blinded by the brilliant display and the whole shelter was filled with wailing.

"My eyes, they burn!"

By the time the white light faded, Bian was already long gone along with his indigo light.

The large beetle carried out two large scraps of melting iron.

"What happened to you? Where is Ken?" Nuigu was furious, but the two couldn't answer him.

They constantly coughed out blood as their geno cores had been damaged severely. Who knew how long it would take them to heal.

...

Bian could have killed those two using the Edge of Ruin, but that would have caused the beetle to chase him with a frenzy.

Instead, he pushed them in the direction of the beetle, forcing it to save their lives, while he erased his presence with the Dongxuan Sutra and left.

"It looks like I was right. It saved them from the Retaliation of the Solum Mirror, preventing their geno cores from being totally wrecked."

Bian had seen the power of the Solum Mirror. He was quite surprised that the geno cores of Nuigu's race could withstand the incinerating beams for as long as it did.
