" Kieran come out, seriously what are you doing in there. " Sarah said with a frown as she stomped towards his door.
" Am out already. "Kieran said as he stumbled out of his room.
Kieran had started his day with a quest from the system to complete 200 push ups he had worked up an appetite. He gobbled up his meal with speed that by the time he was done Sarah had just taken her third spoon.
" I guess my food was that good " she commented staring at him with a smile.
" Your meals are always good, you could beat a five star cook in a competition. "
" Oh, don't flatter me. " she laughed almost falling out of her chair.
" Flatter, who is flattering you everything I said is true " Kieran said with a proud look etched on his face.
" Haa, I really am going to miss you. " she said with a dull look.
" Hey now I am not dying " Kieran replied trying to cheer her up.
" Tomorrow huh, guess you should start packing up then. " she replied
" yeah I would later on but why aren't you at work? " Kieran asked.
" I could spare some time the workload today is minimal so I can afford been a little late. " she stated looking at her watch though she sighed " I guess I won't have that spare time anymore as I spent it waiting for you so i should get going " she said standing up walking towards the door.
" Kieran, I am proud of you and I am glad you got into the academy " she said before going out of the house closing the door behind her
" I am going to miss you too. " He said as he looked at the door.

Later on Kieran continued his daily quest with the sit ups been next on his agenda two hundred push ups were no easy thing and after completing it Kieran felt like vomiting all his insides out it wasn't an easy thing his body had started to ache him all over due to the constant exercises he had been doing his body felt like it had just been pressed by a huge truck his bones ached and he felt pangs all over the only good thing that happened was the system message about his increase in stats and the exp gained.

Seeing that his Strength was increasing Kieran could not be more happy to accept the pain he now felt telling himself that it was all worth it. After resting for long while he got back up from the floor dragging himself to stand he walked to his closet changing clothes from his regular house ones to a more comfortable one fit for running which in his case was a black and white tracksuit, black been the main color with white pattern on the chest area of the jacket with white lines running on its shoulder and the sides of the trousers it had a front zipper giving it a stylish look after putting on the tracksuit he wore his only trainers which was black matching the track suit before he stepped out of the house and going for a run this time he was going to be on a very long run and he knew just the place to head too.
Jogging through the streets Kieran headed towards the park or was a wide area meant for kids to play but some teenagers also went there to hangout. Kieran also used to go there when he wants to clear his head after school most of the time the park would be free other times it would be busy.
It was one of the only facilities in district four that was still in use. The people living in this district valued the park so they always maintained it it was one of the most important places in their hearts and they didn't want it to end up been a dump and out of use.
Running towards the park the system kept monitoring the distance Kieran covered.

Upon getting to the park he had almost completed the quest but he hadn't entirely finished as it was still remaining 300km before the quest would be completed so he continued running in the park going back and forth until the system sent the message he had been waiting for
