Aurelia also chimed in with a smile, "Come on, admit it, how many girls have you messed around with?"
Kevin Gregory laughed and cried at the same time, "How did you so quickly take my mom's side?"
Kevin's mother heard this and playfully scolded, "What do you mean your mom, as if I'm not Aurelia's mom too."
After speaking, she looked at Aurelia, "Aurelia, don't call me 'Aunt' anymore, just call me the same as Kevin."
"Uh?" Aurelia was momentarily stunned and looked at Kevin with some confusion. Kevin just smiled and said, "Mom wants you to change how you address her."
Kevin felt happy about this; his mother letting Aurelia change the way she addressed her meant she had accepted her! This time, she truly accepted Aurelia Wood.
Aurelia felt a bit unaccustomed, but driven by joy, she curled her lips into a smile and hesitated for a long while before finally managing to say, "Mom."
"Yes!"
