Chapter 19
"With Aurelia living at home, I can take care of her, right? Of course, after the child is born, if you want some time alone you can move out—I've already bought a house for you. Ryan helped me settle the land, and I've arranged for the renovation to start. You can definitely move in after a year. As for the child, leave them with me. I'll take care of them for you, as I'm just idling around at home with nothing to do. This way, you save yourself some trouble. I don't trust leaving it to a nanny."
Mrs. Gregory spoke happily, as if she had everything planned out.
Only this time the arrangements were different—they weren't forcing them to go along with her wishes.
Kevin Gregory walked over, smiling, and put an arm around his mother's shoulder, "How did my mom become so understanding? I'm a bit not used to it."
"Are you saying I wasn't understanding before?" Mrs. Gregory asked with a smile.
