Nia Mitchell stared at the Rolls-Royce car key in her hand, momentarily unsure of what had just happened.
So, did Maxwell Peary mean he wanted to swap cars with her? No way.
Finding it hard to believe, she stared at the car key, then turned to look at Fiona Sutton.
"What does he mean by this?" Nia Mitchell frowned as she asked Fiona.
"How would I know?" Fiona Sutton was equally bewildered, her expression full of confusion. How was she supposed to answer that?
"Forget it. He gave you a nice car, so just drive it. At least it won't attract any strange looks." Driving out in a scratched-up car would be somewhat embarrassing.
At this, both Fiona and Nia paused, stunned.
Could that be what Maxwell Peary meant? Did he simply not want her driving out in a scratched car?
Realizing this, Nia Mitchell suddenly felt touched.
