At that time, Christopher Cooper walked over, standing behind Bailey Hansen.

"Speak!" she demanded.
"Dad!" Kris Cooper's gaze fell on Christopher Cooper. "I want to talk to you."
Bailey Hansen looked increasingly frustrated and said, "What's wrong with you? Just say what you need to say!"
"Bailey!" Christopher Cooper raised his hand and placed it on Bailey Hansen's shoulder, gently prying her hand, which was gripping his arm, away. "Go change your clothes and freshen up. I need to have a talk with him."
Bailey Hansen wanted to say more, but she felt Christopher Cooper's hand tighten slightly on her shoulder. Sensing his firmness, she took a deep breath and nodded.
"Alright, you two talk then!"
Patting her shoulder, Christopher Cooper walked towards the study room. Kris Cooper immediately followed him inside, closing the door behind them.
