Olivia Parker stood up, wanting to clear the dishes, but he reached out first, swiftly collecting everything from the table onto the tray and carrying it into the kitchen.
"I'll do the washing."
Olivia Parker stood by the sink, reaching to grab the faucet.
Behind her, Kasper Edith's palm already stretched out, capturing her hands.
"No need for you, Oliver Palmer can clean up tomorrow."
He turned on the tap and adjusted it to warm water, squeezed a little hand soap, and gently massaged her fingers, then leaned forward to her ear, kissing lightly.
"Baby... how many days have you been on your period today?"
"Third day."
Feeling his lips and teeth brush past her ear, Olivia Parker's back tingled, busy pulling her hands away from his, rinsing off the foam, and turning to step away from his embrace.
