"Well…" Kasper Edith pulled her into his arms, holding her waist from behind, "You can just make do with some of the leftovers from me and Oliver."
He brought her to the stove, reached out his palm, and took the lid off a small pot.
The lid opened, releasing hot steam with a rich aroma of porridge.
Olivia Parker saw at a glance a small porridge bag in the hot water of the pot, filled with fragrant and thick white porridge with candied dates.
The white rice porridge, paired with tiny candied dates, wafted an enticing scent throughout the kitchen.
Looking at the porridge inside, Olivia Parker's eyes sparkled with surprise.
"How does it look? Not bad, right?" Kasper Edith leaned his head near hers and gently nuzzled her ear with his nose. "Sweetheart, go on, wait in the restaurant. I'll bring it out for you."
