"We're really going to get a tan." one of the girls said, "After twenty days we'll be so much darker."
"It's fine, I brought sunscreen." The big bottle kind—good for face and body. Most girls don't really think about sun protection yet, so she assumed nobody else would bring any. She was afraid a small bottle wouldn't last if people wanted to borrow some, so she carried the jumbo 1.5L family size, plus a bunch of refillable bottles. Not for anyone else, though—she just knew under the blazing sun she'd need to reapply, so the mini bottles made carrying easier. Oh, and a small bottle of hydrating spray too.
A girl from her department, Computer, chimed in, "I brought some too." She glanced at Mei Mengzhen's giant bottle, and suddenly her own small one seemed kind of lame. "How'd you bring such a big one? You'll never use it all!"
