Mei Mengzhen herself doesn't really care much about her own situation, but other people sure do.
Yan Keke is one of them. As soon as the movie started airing, plenty of companies began digging into her background.
Mei Mengzhen herself was impossible to reach, but Yan Keke, who was always around her, got all those random calls every day, and without exception, she turned them down by saying Keke had already signed with a company.
It's definitely a shame that Mei Mengzhen signed with a company. After all, as a newcomer, scoring the female lead number two in an An Fang film for her debut? That's a pretty high starting point.
Of course, it's not as good as debuting directly as the female lead one, but even just getting female lead two is way out of reach for most people. Not to mention how, during this month's promotion, both An Fang and all the lead actors from the crew have gone out of their way to protect Mei Mengzhen.
