As Aster rejoined her owner's side, a smirk slowly appeared on Bakome's face. "Brat…" he muttered fondly.
Erik looked Aster up and down with an amused eye. Since he'd created a Bond of Service with her, he'd felt her emotions didn't match her behaviour. Yet, he hadn't known what her goal was.
'Though the bond can't make her more obedient than Nora's powers already do, it's still useful for other purposes,' he remembered.
Bakome glanced at Erik. "I hope you know what you've bargained for, Silver Emperor," he chuckled lightly, his mood having noticeably lifted after meeting Aster. "This brat can be quite a handful… but I'll be sad to see her go."
