My hammer teleported under her jaw, rocking her hard enough to break her mask.
Still under the extreme effects of Time Warp and Time compression, I triggered multiple Arrays and enchantments.
My Affinity Amplification sparked to life, nearly doubling the effectiveness of all of my affinities. After that, my effective stats nearly doubled from my enhancement Array. Then my Super Speed Bio enchantment roared to life. Lightning crackled around my armor, and my Power Array came to life, drawing on my massive energy pool to fuel fifteen Staggered Carnage and Precision enchantments.
I was going to end this with a single blow.
Lauren had already recovered by the time I summoned Kurogiri to my hand. A massive energy beam gathered on her horn, but I was quicker.
The blade flickered out of its sheath, channeling a lake of Angelic and Demonic Energy. Hundreds of thousands of Slashes followed picoseconds after the first, mutilating the solar system. Planets crumbled, and the star at the center of the system erupted, belching out massive surges of solar energy that filled up my armor.
Lauren got her prismatic shield up in time and fired her beam that clipped me in the shoulder despite my speed, but by then it was too late. Her shield shattered after the five thousandth strike. The slashes stripped her to the bone almost immediately. And just when I thought I'd won, the reality stone empowered her, strengthening her bones and quickly regenerating muscle.
She moved, blurring across the fracturing space between us, bringing down both of her blades on me as her Necro sword reclothed her. I teleported immediately, appearing in the midst of a storm of multi-colored Ceros.
She must've learned to infuse her skills into her spiritual techniques. I dodged frantically while activating my ancient Crafting Array and creating thousands of inscribed spears with my metal enchantments.
They intercepted her remaining ceros and exploded. A single spear packed enough firepower to wipe out dozens of ceros. I added thousands of spears to the few that survived the exchange and accelerated them, adding Time Warp enchantments and teleporting them straight into Lauren's chest. More ceros flooded out of her as she rushed me, intercepting my shots.
Darkness rushed out of her soul sword, bathing the solar system in darkness that I dispelled by summoning a multi-directional wave of purple fire.
Lauren's blade was about to tear out my throat when the darkness faded, and I turned the blow aside with a flash of Telekinesis and a precise activation of Riposte, but even that was barely enough. She came after me immediately. Kurogiri vanished into my inventory, leaving me primarily with Crusher to defend myself with.
The handle lengthened until it was about the size of a bow staff, and the top thickened to match it, while the weight of the hammer more or less remained the same.
Lauren's first strike sent me skidding back, my hands shaking in surprise from the sheer strength, and I skirted around her second blow with a flap of my wings and leaned into my Superspeed, lashing out with my hammer. It swished like a rapier, its density suddenly spiking on contact. She smoothly parried the blow as she closed in, shrugging off the shockwave like a jab and raining down a sharply escalating series of slashes.
I riposted and blocked, swaying this way and that until my second bio-enchantment kicked in—Superstrength, and then the third, Psychokinesis. It layered on top of my already ridiculous telekinesis skill, and I ratchetted it up further, activating all of my staggered end enchantments as I reached out to catch the descending blade. It froze alongside a very surprised Lauren for a fraction of a second, and it was all I needed.
Crusher blazed like a star as I poured Anathema fire into the weapon and triggered all of the enchantments etched into the shapeshifting hammer. As it came down, I ignited an old but reliable skill, Cloak of the Demon Lord, and received unexpected notifications.
The skill unraveled and combined with the runes etched into my skin, creating something wholly different.

The changes burned me from the inside out. My skin crackled and paled, making my multi-colored tattoos even more vivid, and then an explosion went off inside me. The gravity and density radiating from the hammer grew exponentially, the draw powerful enough to pull Lauren in, and the contact heat from my Anathama flames burned her before the hammer made contact. She tried to teleport and move, but my hold on her mind and body was absolute.
Space burned as my hammer struck.
