Three days later...
The world was still in the throes of transition —
Governments adjusting, old systems falling, and new orders slowly taking shape.
Amid the chaos, joy bloomed quietly within Leo's circle:
Mavis's pregnancy had everyone radiant with excitement.
Darcy and Martha insisted Mavis should return to the Hotel Transylvania world,
Where she'd be surrounded by her family.
Mavis herself seemed eager, her hands resting protectively over her small belly,
Her eyes sparkling with anticipation.
Leo had planned to accompany her —
"____"
Until Dracula cornered him privately.
"Leo, my boy,"
Dracula began, glancing around before leaning in conspiratorially.
"According to monster tradition, a pregnant woman must stay with her family until the child is born. It's sacred—bonding, protection, emotional balance, all that good stuff."
Leo raised a brow.
"____"
"And you didn't follow that tradition for your daughter?"
Dracula coughed, his eyes darting away.
Cough~
"Well… there were circumstances. And Jonathan. Definitely Jonathan."
He folded his hands and gave Leo the most dramatic puppy eyes imaginable.
"____"
"But this time, I want to do it right. Please?"
Speechless, Leo sighed and finally nodded.
Nod~
"Fine. But only if you promise not to turn the nursery into a vampire cave. And I will visit her often. There is no stopping it."
With that, he decided to travel to the new world alone for a while —
Realizing, with some guilt, that he'd been dragging his wives everywhere lately.
'They deserve time for themselves,'
He thought.
But the moment he shared his plan,
The Black sisters firmly objected, joined by Lily and Delphini.
"We're coming with you, Leo,"
Bellatrix declared, crossing her arms.
"End of discussion."
Leo could only rub the back of his head and explain about his system space —
A realm and a mansion where they could meet anytime they wanted.
That, at least, eased their worries, and they reluctantly agreed to stay behind.
But Leo promised soon he will take them with him.
Hagoromo Gitsune, Setsura, and Kejoro,
However, were adamant about accompanying him.
Eileen wanted to go too but couldn't bear to leave her son, Severus.
Leo promised he'd visit them often.
And once he was settled there he would come and take them with him.
Wakana decided to return to the Nurarihyon world to spend some time with her son, Rikuo,
While Minister Jenkins, bound by ministry duties,
Grumble~
"____"
Could only grumble under her breath.
And then there was Sasami Karusu.
As Leo prepared to depart,
She appeared out of nowhere with a determined gleam in her eyes,
Clutching her small travel bag.
"I'm coming too,"
She declared.
Leo blinked.
"You? Why?"
"Because…"
She huffed, crossing her arms.
"I feel like I'm always the one left behind. And besides, my luck can't get worse, right?"
Leo arched a brow, recalling last time he had promised to take her with him this cute crow yokai still remembers it.
"That's… debatable,"
He muttered under his breath, though a smile tugged at his lips.
As the chatter and farewells settled,
Leo stepped away from the others and exhaled slowly.
The air around him shimmered faintly with the power he was about to call upon.
"System,"
He murmured in his mind, his voice calm yet filled with anticipation.
"Use the Golden Ticket—Multiversal Travel."
The moment the command was spoken,
A faint hum resonated through the air.
The ticket materialized before him—
Thin, radiant, and pulsing with threads of runic gold.
It shimmered like a piece of sunlight trapped in parchment.
Without hesitation, Leo tore it.
"____"
The effect was immediate.
WHUM!
A deafening whum! echoed as a pillar of golden light burst down from the sky,
Engulfing him in brilliance along with Setsura, Hagoromo Gitsune, Kejoro and Sasami.
Wind rippled outward in shockwaves, scattering leaves and dust across the courtyard.
The very ground beneath him cracked,
Glowing with intricate sigils that burned briefly before fading.
The light flared once—
Twice—
And then vanished.
When it did,
Leo was gone.
"____"
"____"
"____"
All that remained were scorching golden marks etched into the stone,
Still sizzling with the lingering energy of his departure.
??? World...
Suddenly, a brilliant pillar of golden light pierced the sky of this strange new world.
It descended with a deafening crack onto a massive island,
CRASH!!!
Sending a shockwave that rippled across the terrain.
Leo, Kejoro, Setsura, Hagoromo Gitsune, and Sasami staggered slightly as the light enveloped them,
Then faded to reveal the island in its full grandeur.
It was unlike anything Leo had ever seen:
A single landmass that contained every type of climate imaginable.
One side was a scorching desert, sand stretching endlessly.
Another was blanketed in ice and snow, its peaks glinting under the sun.
A deep, ancient forest sprawled across another quadrant, dense and mysterious.
Grasslands rolled gently across the horizon,
While jagged rocky shores met roaring seas.
Mountains, rivers, and hidden valleys split the land in intricate patterns,
Each ecosystem starkly different from the next.
The group's eyes instinctively wandered toward the forest before them —
"____"
"____"
"____"
Dark, rich, and alive with the hum of unseen energy.
Curiosity burned in their gazes.
Then, Leo's system chimed, floating before him in translucent runic light.
[DING...]
[New World Arrived: House of the Dragons / Game of Thrones World]
[DING...]
[Processing Reward: New World Bonus Granted]
[Reward: This island — the largest in the known world.]
[Features: Natural treasures, strategic terrain, unbroken defenses.]
[Population: None — no humans, animals, insects, or birds. Entirely untouched.]
[Effects: Spawning of lifeforms, naturally loyal to the Host.]
Leo's brow furrowed.
"____"
Frown~
"No life at all… not even animals?"
He muttered.
The silence of the island was almost deafening,
The air strangely pure and heavy with potential.
Then, another notification appeared, brighter and more insistent.
[DING...]
[Task Assigned]
[Objective: Build a kingdom worthy of envy; let your enemies tremble at your fame. Host need to declare the kingdom's name before another king.]
[Reward: Shadow Monarch Template.]
Almost immediately, the forest rustled,
And faint shapes began to stir.
Tiny insects, birds, and small creatures materialized around the trees.
Within moments, life began to emerge spontaneously,
Guided by some unseen hand —
A living testament to Leo's command.
Kejoro tilted her head, watching a small fox-like creature dart between the ferns.
Smirk~
"Seems like your kingdom doesn't have to start from zero,"
She said with a smirk.
Setsura's eyes gleamed.
"And anything we raise here… will follow only you."
Leo's crimson eyes narrowed, a small smile tugging at his lips.
Smirk~
"Then let's begin. If this world is to see a king, it might as well be one they'll never forget."
Leo reached into his system inventory and pulled out a handful of flying brooms, each gleaming faintly with a silvery enchantment.
He handed them out to Kejoro, Setsura, Hagoromo Gitsune, and Sasami.
"First things first,"
He said, his crimson eyes scanning the island below.
"We need to find the king — or whoever rules a kingdom— and declare ourselves."
Each of them muttered a spell in unison,
And a shimmering invisible barrier cloaked their forms.
To anyone on the ground or in the skies, they were gone, blending seamlessly with the wind and clouds.
Then, with a flick of his wrist,
Leo mounted his broom and rose into the sky, feeling the thrill of the open air and the freedom of flight.
The others followed, moving with fluid precision behind him.
After Few Hours...
As they passed the island and traversed the sea,
Leo's sharp eyes caught movement far above.
Dragons —
Massive, scaled, and majestic —
Circled the skies, seemingly patrolling.
Their wings cut through the clouds with effortless power, casting fleeting shadows on the varied terrain below.
Leo frowned slightly.
Frown~
"System, what time period are we in?"
A soft chime answered, and the system projected the reply into his mind.
[DING...]
[Temporal Analysis Complete]
[Time Frame: 112 AC]
[Event: Heir Tournament — a grand celebration to mark the birth of the soon-to-be-born prince.]
Leo's lips curved into a slight, calculating smile.
Smirk~
"I see… that explains the dragons."
He shared the insight with his companions.
"This isn't just any era. The heir tournament — the dragons are likely guarding the royal line. We'll have to be careful. Announcing ourselves as kings won't just be ceremonial; it has political weight."
Kejoro grinned.
"So, no sneaking up on anyone then?"
Leo shook his head.
"No we will sneak into and pay a visit at the tournament."
Sasami, still gripping her broom tightly, leaned forward.
"So… we're basically walking into dragon territory to meet a king?"
King's Landing...
As Leo and his companions approached the King's Landing,
The hustle and excitement hit them immediately.
The streets were lined with banners of brilliant colors, fluttering in the crisp wind,
And the air was filled with the rhythmic clash of swords,
The pounding of hooves, and the excited shouts of spectators.
The tournament was in full swing.
Knights from noble families had gathered,
Their armor polished to a mirror sheen, swords flashing under the sun as they competed for honor, glory, and, in some cases,
The favor of women daring enough to dream of catching the eye of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen.
Some knights had the audacity to parade their skill with flamboyant displays,
Hoping their courage—
Or their style—
Would be remembered.
From the elevated royal stand,
The royal family and esteemed guests watched the spectacle with keen eyes.
Among them, two energetic young women leaned close,
Their laughter carrying over the crowd.
"Really, Rhaenyra,"
Teased Alicent Hightower, nudging her friend playfully,
"do you have to make every knight think they're the one?"
Rhaenyra grinned mischievously,
Tossing her silvery white hair over her shoulder.
"And why not? If they can't prove themselves, they don't deserve to be noticed. Besides…"
She glanced around, her violet eyes sparkling with amusement,
Grin~
"…it's far more fun to watch them try."
Alicent rolled her eyes but couldn't hide her own smile.
"One day, all this chaos is going to land someone in trouble. I just hope it's not us."
From above, Leo and his group hovered invisibly,
Observing the city and the tournament.
He scanned the crowd, noting the strategic layout of the royal stands,
The armored knights below, and, most importantly, the princess herself,
Whose energy radiated confidence, sharp wit, and authority —
A far cry from someone who could be intimidated by a foreign visitor.
Leo's crimson eyes narrowed slightly,
Taking in the scene.
"Alright,"
He murmured,
"time to make our presence known, and ensure that when they hear the name Leo Morningstar, they remember it forever."
Kejoro tilted her head, smirking.
Smirk~
"Should we start by flying into the stands dramatically, or…?"
Leo gave her a dry glance.
"Let's keep it subtle. For now."
Hagoromo Gitsune flicked his tail, amused.
"Subtle, with dragons in the air and princesses watching? Bold choice."
Sasami, gripping her broom nervously, whispered,
"I hope we you dont make any crazy decision."
And with that,
Leo guided the group closer, invisible to the world below,
Preparing to make their move in a land ruled by tradition, dragons, and intrigue.
Leo and his companions descended into a quiet alley,
Hidden from the bustling crowds of the tournament.
A faint shimmer ran across the group,
And with a snap,
Snap~
Their appearance transformed.
Hagoromo Gitsune, Kejoro, Setsura, and Sasami concealed their yokai features, their eyes, tails, and other supernatural traits vanishing under subtle enchantments.
Their attire shifted seamlessly,
Still elegant and opulent,
But perfectly in line with the local nobility —
Silk, velvet, and intricate embroidery that spoke of wealth and status.
Leo himself stepped forward,
Clad in a black armor etched with crimson lines that glimmered faintly under the sunlight.
The pattern seemed almost alive, coiling across his chest, arms, and legs —
A subtle display of power without boasting.
His cape swirled around him as he walked with deliberate purpose toward a nearby stable,
Tucked along the edge of the tournament grounds.
Inside, a merchant tended to several finely bred steeds,
Their manes combed and hooves polished.
Leo's sharp eyes scanned the stable and settled on a horse that reminded him of the Andalusian breed from his world —
Strong, sleek, and with a calm, intelligent gaze.
"This one,"
He said, gesturing.
The merchant stepped forward, bowing slightly.
"Ah, an excellent choice, sir. Twelve gold dragons, with saddle and bridle included."
Leo's eyes glinted.
He tapped his system inventory and converted universal currency into the local gold dragons effortlessly.
Coins clinked as they were handed over.
"Done,"
He said simply.
The horse let out a soft nicker as Leo approached,
Neigh~ Neigh~
And he reached out to stroke its neck.
Its large eyes regarded him calmly,
Trust emanating in its gentle stance.
"This will do nicely,"
Leo murmured.
He mounted effortlessly, feeling the horse's strength beneath him.
With a subtle shift of weight, the animal responded instantly, ready for action.
Hagoromo Gitsune, Kejoro, Setsura, and Sasami, walking elegantly beside him,
Followed toward the stand where noblewomen watched the tournament,
Blending seamlessly into the crowd.
Leo's presence radiated quiet authority,
His black-and-red armor contrasting against the festive colors of the tournament while commanding the attention of anyone who might dare to notice.
The clash of steel rang across the arena as Cristan Cole faced off against a seasoned knight.
Sparks flew as swords met with precise strikes, the knight's polished armor gleaming in the sun while Cristan's movements were sharp, fluid, almost preternaturally controlled.
Cristan ducked under a wide swing,
Rolling and coming up behind his opponent,
Delivering a quick series of strikes that left the knight struggling to defend.
Dust kicked up from the sandy arena floor, and the crowd's cheers rose in anticipation.
With a swift, decisive maneuver,
Cristan disarmed his opponent and forced him to the ground.
The knight's sword clattered against the stone, signaling his defeat.
The commentator's voice boomed over the stands.
"Cristan Cole of House Cole has won! Has anyone the courage to challenge this young knight?!"
A ripple of excitement spread through the audience —
Nobles, knights, and spectators alike were captivated by the display.
Murmurs passed like wildfire, debating who could possibly stand against this remarkable young fighter.
Then, above the roar of the crowd, a deep, throbbing sound echoed —
Unfamiliar and foreboding.
Thud. Thud. Thud.
Thud. Thud.
A hooves-on-stone rhythm that carried a weight none could ignore.
From beyond the stands,
A black horse leapt with incredible grace,
Its hooves pounding the arena entrance like a drumbeat.
Gasps and whispers swept through the crowd.
Children clutched their parents' sleeves, knights paused mid-discussion, and even the commentators froze.

Leo Morningstar rode in,
His black armor streaked with crimson lines glinting under the sunlight.
He dismounted with effortless control, the black horse shifting obediently beneath him as he touched its flank.
Gently, Leo removed his helmet and placed it carefully on the horse's saddle,
As if performing a ritual of respect.
He gave the horse a soft push to the side, and with a quiet, understanding whinny,
It moved, clearing the path.
The crowd erupted into a mixture of shock, awe, and murmured speculation.
Even from the royal stand, eyes widened, and whispers spread among nobles.

Here stood a man unlike any they had seen before —
A warrior exuding authority, power, and a calm that seemed to command attention without a word.
Leo stepped forward into the arena, his crimson eyes scanning the crowd and the knights alike.
The arena floor seemed smaller beneath him,
As if the air itself recognized his presence.
The commentator's voice shook slightly, caught between excitement and disbelief.
"By the gods… who is this warrior?! He is going to participate in this tournament?!"
