At 8am sharp, I finally arrived at the gates of the Quillonmain household. Even before I could knock, the gates opened to let me in and out came a man that had the same eyes and hair color as Calix. He introduced himself as Runoh and he is my father-in-law, biological father of my husband. He also said that he was the one who received the letter and then he simply gave a heads up to the main household about my visit afterwards.
I politely greeted him but he seemed to be absent-mindedly looking somewhere else. I saw that disappointed look on his face when he realized that I was along during this visit. He sighed and was about to turn around to guide me inside the mansion when I suddenly asked him to wait for a bit since I had to do something important before we go in.
