[3rd POV]
With the decision to leave Castle Black on their minds and confirmed, Lucifer and Alice had already prepared for when they would leave. Alongside making and giving out the supplies that they had promised to the Nights Watch and those that were in it.
The gifts were taken very well, with them being given out fully the next morning. They were all in excellent condition, and were of incredible quality. The swords alone would be worth many golden dragons in other places, but to Lucifer it was just a casual creation, and meant literally nothing to her.
It was casual and easy to make more of it. She could make billions of them with a casual wave of her hand, and make swords capable of obliterating universes without difficulty, with an ease that would make even Gods pale in horror.
Lucifer was the daughter of God for a reason.
The next morning had mostly been spent helping the nights watch gather and select the items they wanted to wear and utilize. While at the same time, talking to Daenerys about the idea of going to Winterfell.
And the conversation had gone rather...interestingly.

[Flashback]
"You want to go to Winterfell? Why?" Daenerys asked with furrowed eyebrows. She was wondering what they would want to do there. It was basically just the castle they were already in, but larger and a bit nicer.
At least that's what Daenerys had believed.
"Because it'll be fun! We want to travel and see all the interesting places in Westeros. You know, Kingsfall, Riverrun, the Eyrie, Sunspear, the Citadel, and all the other neat places that can be found here in Westeros!" Alice exclaimed with a grin, excited to see the different sights.
"B-But didn't the current Lord of Winterfell cause the end of my family? Why would I want to go anywhere near that place?" Daenerys asked, frowning. She didn't particularly like the Starks very much, even if what they had done was somewhat valid thanks to what her father had done to their family as a whole.
Not to mention her brother who had supposedly kidnapped and raped the little sister of the current Lord of House Stark.
"Eddard did not end your family, honey. That was started by the actions of your father, and the manipulation of several others that were in charge. It is not to the blame of the Starks. And if you truly wish to blame anyone outside of your father and his inner circle, then I would blame the Baratheons, especially Robert Baratheon" Lucifer replied, shaking her head.
Eddard did not deserve to get blamed for it. He hadn't really done anything wrong, and had even protected a Targaryen, even if it was his nephew. Not only that, but he was quite against the actions of the Lannisters, and had called for their heads thanks to the rape and murder and overall tragedy that they had caused.
Only to get blocked by Robert, and for Jon to tell him not to take it further.
He was not exactly pleased with that piece of information, as you'd suspect. But there was nothing that he could truly do, not when his friend was King, the man he respected was the Hand of the King, and more importantly, Lannister was such a powerful man in Westeros.
"Either way...why would I want to go and see Winterfell? It can't be that interesting. It seems so...boring. There isn't much to really do there, is there?" Daenerys asked with a tilt of her head, curious.
She hadn't really heard many pieces of interesting information from her great uncle about Winterfell and it's past. Only that it was one of the places that the Good Queen had traveled to many many years ago. And that it was an ancient place older than the Targaryen family itself.
They were ancient.
"Because there are many things there that we can find, Daenerys. The castle itself is older than any other in Westeros, and is so ancient that it has all sorts of secrets that the current Starks have no knowledge of. On top of that, there are legends about dragon eggs being there, deep underneath the castle. Are you not interested in perhaps finding them?" Lucifer asked with a raised eyebrow, amusement flickering when she saw the widening eyes of Daenerys.
She had evidently not known about the legends regarding the dragons being there at one point.
"Wait really? Then I would love to go!" Daenerys exclaimed with wide eyes, really hoping to find dragon eggs. It was one of her greatest hopes, to finally find something related to her family that she could actually use.
Dragon Eggs were only one of them.
At the same time, Lucifer was curious about it as well. And she was also tempted to hide the dragon eggs she had gotten for the girl, underneath Winterfell. But decided against it. She would let her find the existing ones that are there, if there are any. then she would bring forth her own dragon eggs.
She was sure that it would be a great gift for the kiddo, and that she would love to have her own dragon. But Lucifer was pretty sure that any kid would love to have a pet dragon, even if said pet could rip you apart with a single bit, and would be a pain in the ass to take care of.
At least, it would be a pain for a normal person. But for someone like Lucifer, it means nothing to her. Dragons are weak and pitiful in this universe, even after she had buffed the hell out of the eggs themselves.
Hearing her response, the two adults smiled in happiness.
"Good, then lets get going to Winterfell!"

[Flashback End]
What followed was the preparation. Nothing particularly important, just getting a few neat artifacts from this place. Some ancient objects that were found by her and Alice after exploring a bit. Like an old cloak belonging to one of the first captains of the nights watch.
At the same time, they had gotten Daenerys a couple of artifacts she could have some fun with in the future. Mostly magical ones that had ancient runes inscribed upon them by the first men of old.
At the moment the trio were standing in front of Aemon, who was kneeling down, hugging the girl that was basically his niece at this point. Aemon wanted to go with them, but decided against it for now. He would go with them in the future, within the next couple of weeks.
He had some things he still had to do before he could go with them, like finding a suitable successor that could take his position, and actually managing to free himself from that position. That would be a bit of a pain in the ass thanks to politics and the type of person he was, being a Targaryen and all.
He would find a way.
"You must make sure to write to me, okay? I wish to hear of your journeys through Westeros" Aemon said, as his niece nodded rapidly.
"I'll make sure to, Uncle! I'll write to you every time I visit a new city" Daenerys responded with a bright smile on her face. She was still anxious and nervous, but she had been getting better at a surprisingly quick pace at this point.
Thanks to Lucifer, Alice, and her new uncle.
"Don't worry Aemon, we'll take care of her" Lucifer added, as she noticed the worried expression on the man's face.
"Make sure you do" Aemon responded, giving her a serious stare causing her to chuckle.
"I will. And Aemon, please do keep in contact" Lucifer said, giving her a serious look, as she turned and reached her hand out for Daenerys to grasp.
With that, the trio began to slowly walk away from the ancient Castle, with Lucifer having one thought on her mind.
'Time to get to Winterfell!'
