Nero was still reeling from the display of power he had just witnessed.
That dragon alone possessed strength that made even humanity's ancient weapons—missiles, artillery, and bombs—seem insignificant by comparison. And unlike those tools of war, it did not require factories, supply lines, or billions in funding. No infrastructure. No preparation.
A single man could walk into a city and reduce it to ruins using nothing but his own power.
The realization sent a chill down Nero's spine.
"Asem," he asked quietly, eyes still lingering on the scorched sky, "can you manifest like that dragon?"
Not all Guardian Spirits could take physical form. At least, that was what Benjamin had implied. Yet Asem was far from ordinary.
The golden Guardian Spirit glanced at Nero, amusement flickering in his Sky Eyes as he nodded.
"Yes, I can. And at my peak," Asem added lightly, "that dragon would look like a lizard compared to me."
Nero's eyes widened, excitement and awe igniting within him.
