Ali walked out of the private room, just as Yao Beikun appeared at the door.
Ali smiled slightly at Yao Beikun, "Beikun, you're here?"
Yao Beikun frowned, "Why didn't you call me when you left?"
"I saw you were sleeping and didn't want to disturb you. Besides, you took me to see my dad today, so I wanted to be nice to you."
For some reason, Yao Beikun loved hearing Ali say, "I want to be nice to you." Such words warmed his heart, so any displeasure he had from waking up to an empty room and a prepared dinner now dissipated immediately.
"You met with Abiao again," Yao Beikun asked her.
"It's Qiao contacted me out of the blue," Ali replied.
"My goddess is inside?" Yao Beikun asked her.
"Yes."
"What did she want from you?" Yao Beikun asked in surprise.
"Nothing much, just casual questions." Ali smiled and quickly changed the topic, "Beikun, I've got some things to do. I need to go. Xiaohua is waiting for me to handle some business transfer."
