Gu Minglu was driving, and Gu Mingyue sat in the passenger seat. Throughout the journey, neither spoke first. Gu Mingyue's eyes were fixed on the window, clearly with a hint of sulking. She felt she had been played for a fool, and it was an uncomfortable feeling. The car swayed back and forth on Hechuan's not-so-wide streets.
Gu Mingyue finally couldn't bear it and turned to glare at Gu Minglu, "Where exactly are you going?"
"I don't know either, I'm not familiar with Hechuan." Gu Minglu replied bluntly.
"You're not familiar, yet you're going around in circles like this..."
"So I'm waiting for your guidance." Gu Minglu smiled wryly.
Gu Minglu wasn't the kind of straight-laced handsome guy; his features weren't particularly attractive, but for some reason, he gave off a very charismatic aura. The longer one spent with him, the more they found him appealing. Gu Mingyue withdrew her gaze, inexplicably annoyed, and randomly pointed to the side, "Over there, let's have some dry pot."
