Elvis arrived outside the rift tower, the acquiring of the system wasn't shocking to him or anything, this wasn't the first time he was seeing such technology.
"Neura Chip, call Emax. " Elvis said out loud, if there was one person he could confide in, then it would be his best friend.

"Woah." Elvis said on staring at the message floating above him, he knew how hard it was to crack Xlorkan technology, and this system just did it in a few seconds.
Humans had previously tried to fight the Xlorkans by using their technology against them, Elvis was one of them, but all their efforts were futile.
After spending millions of dollars with billions of supercomputers, humanity was unable go back anything of Xlorkan origin.
The Xlorkans had given them the neura link, making things easier and faster, one could simply download knowledge directly into their brains, make calls, watch movies and so much more, all with an atom sized machine.
"Werey.. You called me and you haven't said anything since" Emax said, drawing Elvis out of his thoughts.
Using Neura link, instead of a ringtone,one would feel a slight tug on their conscience and would decide if they would like to answer the call or not, which would then connect to their ears from the brain.
For visual data, the neura link used the brain's power to hallucinate the image it would like to be displayed, giving everything a hyper realistic feeling.
"Wait, how did you survive the hacking? " Emax asked in shock, surely Elvis should have died from that.
It was a memorable day in human history and a sliver of hope for the outlaws, those who had not submitted to Xlorkan rule, that even the Xlorkans could be hacked.
"I'll tell you all about it later, just meet me at our spot. " Elvis said, it was best not to tell Emax about the system over a call.
"Elvis, make sure you don't come to your house!! " Emax said sternly, making Elvis raise a brow in confusion.
"Why? " Elvis asked curiously, was his family in danger?
"Dude, everyone thinks you are dead, it's going to be weird meeting your family now, come to our spot first. " Emax said, breaking the call.

Arriving at an old broken down, stadium, filled with remains of a basketball court and various sporting equipments.
But what really made this place stand out wad the Xlorkan space ship that was embedded into the ground.
This was the first Xlorkan ship to reach Earth, which had eventually been abandoned.
"So you are saying, that you can see some kind of game like system, do you think this is an anime? " Emax asked, bursting into laughter.
"I am serious, I can see a kind of game like interface, and it says here that I can level up and continue to grow stronger Limitlessly. " Elvis wasn't worried about revealing the system to Emax, Emax knew everything about him.
" so let's test it. " Emax said excitedly, if what Elvis was saying was true, then maybe, just maybe he could pair the power with him.
"How, we need at least five people to enter the rift tower, and after what happened, I'm sure people are scared of it happening again. " Elvis said, his face loosing hope.
"We'll cross that bridge when we get there, for now, how are we going to get revenge against Sally? " Emax asked, his smile replaced with a menacing look.
"I don't know for know, but we need to get stronger to even have a fighting chance at beating her, for now let's focus on the rift and see if we could somehow find a way to enter. " Elvis said.
"Chill, let me get my gear, we can head to the rift tower and wait, maybe we'll see some lone ascenders. " Emax said, heading towards the space ship.
Sometimes when Ascenders didn't have money to organize a team, they just waited by the tower, waiting for others like them until they made a complete set of 5 people, then they would ascend together.
Without five people, the Torman wouldn't even let any human get close to the tower, and the tower intelligence wouldn't even open the portal.
5 was a safety regulation set by the Xlorkans to ensure the loss of human life during ascension was kept to a minimum.
The both men headed to the rift towers, each with different set of weapons.
Emax wore a green army camouflage, with green camo assault blasters, a roll of grenades hung on his kneck, and two pistol blasters.
Elvis instead was more traditional, a single Katana hung on his waist and two short swords in special pockets.
These weapons weren't just any weapons, they were forged using Ralium Energy from descenders and Raitanium metal from the Xlorkans.
Any other kind of weapons, except energy blasters couldn't even damage the skin of a descender.
The both men arrived at the rift tower and luckily they met a pair of three hunters, which they completed perfectly.
Immediately a leader was assigned, turning out to be a sixty year old man, with cybernetic enhancements.
"Now, I would like to assure you all, that the hacking would never repeat itself again, we have fully checked security and are constantly checking every single second. " The Torman said, ensuring the crew.
After some other safety procedures like asking the ascenders to fill in their family and next of kin information, the portal was finally opened for them to ascend.
Luckily the people they had met were new ascenders which hadn't gone past the 1st level.
They all spanned into the white room and shortly after the apocalypse was generated again, but this time with a twist.
