As more Castle Lords and Rangers poured into the underground world, chaos erupted in the first layer. Countless demonized monsters, who usually slept during the day, were awakened by the aura of life. One by one, their eyes turned blood red and angry roars echoed through the previously silent space.
These creatures were furious as invaders had dared to break into their lair, challenging their dominance. In an instant, every demonized monster in the first layer woke and assembled. Though the underground world was bright, without direct sunlight, their combat effectiveness remained unaffected. They turned into a black ocean and flooded toward the invaders.
"Holy shit! So many demonized monsters!"
"It's Time to farm exp!"
"I'm a peak Demigod, I'll definitely become a God today!"
The sudden eruption of war in the peaceful first layer caused the entire floor to shake as countless Castle Lords, rangers, and trillions of troops clashed frantically with an endless sea of demonized monsters. Even the Demons in the second layer were awakened.
"What happened? Are the planet's laws angry again?"
Though fewer in number than the horde on the first layer, the demons in the second layer were far more advanced and vastly more powerful. In fact, they were the masters of the demonized creatures, having cultivated them using their Demon Nests.
The most powerful demons here were Demonic Gods at the Lower True God Tier and Intermediate God Tier. Below them lived large numbers of Demigod Tier and weaker mortal demons.
Unlike the lower level magic nests in the first layer that were used merely for demonizing creatures, the magic nests in the second layer actually incubated demons. Just like the Angels, the newly hatched demons emerged at Tier 3 strength, but their path to power was brutally simple: immediately after hatching, they killed and devoured each other.
This was the survival of the fittest for the demon race. Unqualified demons were eliminated by their siblings at birth. Those who survived this initial slaughter possessed not only high strength but extreme combat experience and fighting talent. At the same rank, almost no race could match a demon.
Only pure-blooded Thunder Titans and Haru's Angels could stand shoulder to shoulder with them. Even top creatures like dragons, golden behemoths, and elves were weaker against demons. Only God Class races could truly compete with each other.

"It seems the world's laws are still struggling!" One demon said, "A hundred thousand years, and it still hasn't given up!"
"Damn it! If that Forest Goddess Phoebe hadn't resisted along with those pathetic native creatures, the two Lords would have already devoured those laws!"
"It's because the planet's laws sealed themselves. Otherwise, once the Lords arrived, this planet would have long since fallen completely under our control."
"Still, it's only a matter of time now. Those native creatures in the fourth layer are only living on borrowed time. We already have this planet under our control in all but name. The laws would inevitably give up too!"
Many demons gathered around the Demon Nest and talked amongst themselves. The shaking underground world didn't make them panic. In their eyes, this planet could no longer resist their invasion.
After all, they'd already slaughtered the natives and taken control of the surface a hundred thousand years ago. The only few remaining native creatures had been driven to the absolute core of this planet.
Once they dealt with them, their invasion mission would be complete. The planet's laws, assimilated by the Abyss' corruption, would follow their orders and unlock the seal. Then they could finally return to their home, the Abyss.
"But what are those slaves in the upper layer yelling about? It's so noisy that I can't even sleep!"
"They are nothing but cannon fodder! If we didn't need to enhance the Abyss power in this planet, I'd have ordered them to commit suicide long ago!"
"It would be a waste to kill them now, though. It's been a hundred thousand years since the last Divine War. When the next one begins, we can send those slaves to the Endless Continent to attack the natives there!"
A Demonic God suddenly transmitted his orders, "Quickly send someone to the upper layer and order those fuckers to stop yelling!"
"As you command, my Lord!"
As the earthquakes intensified and the roars from above grew louder, the Demonic Gods in the second layer became increasingly angry and sent their mortal subordinates to the first layer to suppress the frenzied demonized creatures.
However, the demons didn't know the truth that the Castle Lords from the Endless Continent were fighting with the demonized creatures. They assumed the earthquakes caused by the planet's laws had frightened their servants. Had they known the truth, they would've mobilized a truly massive army.
"In another ten years at most, those laws won't be able to hold up. I haven't returned to our homeland in a hundred thousand years!"
"This planet's aura makes me feel instinctive disgust. I want to destroy it!"
"C'mon my friend, we're almost there. What's a mere ten years to us? At that time, we, who successfully occupied this planet, will definitely be rewarded by His Majesty the Emperor. At that time, I may even be able to purify my bloodline further."

The demons were filled with anticipation. They'd been huddled in this dark underground space for a hundred thousand years. They were tired of this life and longed for their true home.
