The Stone shook his head, "There was no 'then.' As soon as he entered the life restricted zone, he lasted only ten breaths before being utterly annihilated his body and soul dispersed."
Lin Moyu frowned, "Even a being that strong could last only ten breaths?"
The Stone replied, "That's why I call that place the life restricted zone. No living being can enter not even him.
No wonder I got so worked up when you said you'd seen someone in the life restricted zone.
He really witnessed a being like that die, even in the life restricted zone."
The Stone sighed, "He did well to last ten breaths; other supreme beings wouldn't even last a single one.
He refined nine hundred ninety nine worlds, his power at its absolute peak and still, only ten breaths.
That's how terrifying the life restricted zone is.
Even Lin Moyu began to waver about entering the zone, though the doubt quickly faded.

Lin Moyu asked, "At that time, what level had his body and soul reached?"
The Stone grinned, "Now you're asking the right question. His body and soul had both reached the maximum limit the world could hold. With every world refined, both grew stronger.
But just hitting the world's limit isn't enough to survive the life restricted zone, one must break that limit.
If he'd continued refining worlds until he broke that limit, maybe he could have lived in the life restricted zone."
"Maybe he had reasons we don't know," Lin Moyu guessed.
The Stone nodded, "Watching it all, I realized something Breaking Blue Emperor was strong, but he never refined any eight round world remnants. The highest level he dealt with was seven rounds.
Worlds with seven or more tribulations have never produced a supreme; after passing so many tribulations, they become remnants.
But those remnants are incredibly dangerous; ordinary supremes don't dare touch them.
"Breaking Blue Emperor was the most powerful of all, so refining world remnants was easy for him but he only ever refined up to seven.
Did he never find higher ones, or just not try?"
The Stone explained, "There's only one nine round remnant, and it's disconnected from the world wall so it's really hard to find.
But there are a few eight round remnants; he tried to refine one, but didn't succeed.
I remember him entering an eight round remnant, staying a while, then leaving without refining it.
He never tried again. If he could have refined one, perhaps things would be different."
"So, bottom line, he just never broke the world's limit on body and soul. To enter the life restricted zone, you must shatter that limit," Lin Moyu concluded.
"He surely knew that truth. Why would he go just to die?"
The Stone shook his head, "Who knows? He lived life alone, always fighting, never talking nobody ever knew his heart."
Lin Moyu wondered, "Did he leave anything behind? You must have watched him closely what about his expression, his eyes, did you see any emotion?"
"I wasn't solely focused on him there's too much to watch," the Stone replied. "But yes, I did see some emotion. I was there for his final ten breaths he felt deep unwillingness.
Just unwillingness no regrets, no complaints, only defiance."
This, Lin Moyu thought, is a true strongman never blaming the world, always fighting.
But maybe he was missing something; perhaps the very thing he lacked is what kept him from breaking the ultimate limit.
Lin Moyu asked, "Why tell me all this about Breaking Blue Emperor?"
"Because you're my master now, and you want to enter the life restricted zone," said the Stone. "This way, you know what to expect and when you'll really be ready."
That made sense.
Lin Moyu asked, "All these years in the zone did nothing else ever catch your attention?"
The Stone replied, "There was plenty. Breaking Blue Emperor was unique, but there are others just a little less powerful.
If I told you about them all, I'd never finish I'm lazy, and knowing about Breaking Blue Emperor is enough."
"If only time could go backwards," Lin Moyu sighed, "I'd love to ask him why he rushed to enter the life restricted zone."
The Stone said, "That's not for you to worry about. Breaking Blue Emperor is just an example so you can learn what to do yourself."
"Understood," Lin Moyu agreed.
He stopped worrying, and the Flame of World Destruction finished refining the mirror.
There was plenty of primordial qi left in its depths, so the flame got a full meal, growing even stronger.
The leftover fragments were still great materials, and the Silverlight Rabbit clan's spells could use them easily.
The Ferry continued maybe the Causality Ring's planted seed was at work; Lin Moyu felt his path was right.
After entering the deepest part of Gu Huang, his soul felt changes not fear, but peace, as if returning to the womb.
The Stone explained that Lin Moyu's soul was now strong enough to sense the original breath left over from the birth of the world
This is the truest, most ancient energy of all, and when a soul is strong enough, it can sense it.
Top level perfect powerhouses and supremes can all sense it; the breath calms but carries a cold, deadly edge.
Along the way, the Ferry met more living beings, none as powerful as the mirror all became food for the Flame of World Destruction, and Lin Moyu gained some world source treasures for himself.
