After saying goodbye to Tetrax, Ben finally returned to Earth with his newly completed Monotrix. Thanks to Azmuth, the device was now fully functional, allowing Ben to access the full scope of his transformations without the limitations that had previously held him back.
Back when the Monotrix was still incomplete, Ben couldn't transform into many of his strongest forms, especially the Legendary ones, simply because of their enormous power consumption. The incomplete device just couldn't supply enough energy to sustain those transformations for long, forcing Ben to rely on his weaker forms during most of his adventures.
But now...
Thanks to Azmuth's upgrades, that problem had finally been solved.
Ben could now freely transform into whichever form he wanted without having to worry about the Monotrix giving out on him halfway through a battle. His strongest transformations were finally available to him.
"Let's try something."
Ben looked down at the Monotrix before rotating the dial until it landed on the transformation he wanted to use more than any other. A wide grin spread across his face as he slammed the button down.
A brilliant flash of golden light immediately engulfed his body.
His body rapidly began changing shape as the transformation took effect. His limbs stretched, his body elongated, emerald scales covered him from head to tail, and long black markings appeared across his massive serpentine body, accented by elegant golden linings running along his scales.
Within seconds, Ben's transformation was complete.
Standing where he once had been was a gigantic green Eastern dragon with black markings and golden accents running across its entire body.
This was none other than...
Rayquaza.
Ben's favorite creation.
"Oh man..."
Rayquaza looked down at his enormous body with excitement.
"I've always wanted to use this form!"
He laughed loudly before stretching his massive body.
"Time to see what Rayquaza is capable of!"
Without even consciously thinking about it, Rayquaza instinctively launched himself into the sky. His massive body shot upward with incredible speed, effortlessly slicing through the clouds. The acceleration was unlike anything Ben had ever experienced before. None of his previous transformations had ever flown this fast, and for a brief moment, even he was caught off guard by the sheer speed.
"WHOOOOHOOOO!!!"
Rayquaza laughed as he soared higher and higher.
"THIS IS AWESOME!!"
He flew freely across the skies, weaving through the clouds with effortless grace while circling the planet at tremendous speed. The wind rushed across his scales as he continued pushing himself faster and faster, enjoying every second of his first flight as Rayquaza.
Far below, countless birds scattered in every direction the moment they caught sight of the enormous dragon flying overhead. His gigantic size and intimidating appearance frightened nearly every flock he passed.
Rayquaza, however, didn't pay them any attention.
He was far too busy enjoying the freedom of flying through the open sky.
Rayquaza didn't care about the birds that scattered in fear. Right now, there was only one thing on his mind.
Flying.
He laughed as he continued soaring through the endless sky, twisting his massive body through the clouds with surprising ease. Every movement felt natural, almost as if Rayquaza had been born to fly. Ben tilted his body slightly, causing himself to turn almost instantly.
"Whoa!"
The sudden turn caught him off guard.
"Haha! Okay... maybe I should take it easy!"
Instead of slowing down, he leaned forward even more.
The response was immediate.
BOOM!
A loud sonic boom echoed across the sky as Rayquaza shot forward at an even greater speed. Ben's eyes widened before a huge grin spread across his face.
"NO WAY!!"
He burst through layers of clouds, climbed higher into the atmosphere, then tucked his body before diving back toward the Earth below.
"WHOOOOHOOO!!"
The ground rushed toward him at unbelievable speed. Just before reaching the ocean, Rayquaza effortlessly pulled upward, skimming only a few meters above the water. His speed sent massive waves crashing behind him while the sea split apart beneath his enormous body.
"Haha! This is incredible!"
Without losing any momentum, Rayquaza shot back into the sky, laughing the entire time as he pushed himself faster and faster, wanting to see just how far this new form could go.
Rayquaza continued laughing as he flew across the skies, his excitement refusing to die down. Every second he spent in this form made him love it even more. Without even realizing it, he began circling the entire planet at unbelievable speeds.
Within only a few minutes, he had already crossed multiple continents.
He soared above Asia, weaving effortlessly through the clouds before passing over the Great Wall of China. People below stopped whatever they were doing as they pointed toward the enormous green dragon flying overhead. Many quickly pulled out their phones, trying to capture pictures and videos before he disappeared over the horizon.
Rayquaza continued onward, soon flying over India. He circled around the Taj Mahal once before waving one of his massive claws toward the amazed tourists below.
"Haha!"
Moments later, he crossed into the Middle East, soaring high above Mecca before continuing his journey without slowing down. Before long, Europe came into view as the Eiffel Tower appeared beneath him. Once again, countless people looked toward the sky in complete disbelief as the gigantic dragon passed overhead, many convinced they were witnessing something impossible.
"This is amazing!"
Ben couldn't stop smiling.
He leaned forward, deciding to see just how fast Rayquaza could really fly.
The answer came almost instantly.
BOOM!
A deafening sonic boom echoed behind him as Rayquaza shattered the sound barrier. The clouds around him burst apart from the sheer speed as he continued accelerating without any sign of slowing down.
"There's no way!"
He laughed excitedly.
"I'm still getting faster!"
Soon, even Mach 1 was left far behind as Rayquaza reached hypersonic speeds. Continents blurred beneath him while oceans disappeared in mere moments. Before long, he pulled upward, leaving the clouds behind as he climbed into the upper atmosphere.
The blue sky slowly faded into the darkness of space.
Ben looked down.
From up here, the entire Earth stretched out beneath him, glowing brilliantly against the endless blackness.
"...Wow."
For the first time since transforming, he simply floated there in silence, taking in the breathtaking beauty of his home planet.
Rayquaza slowly descended from the upper atmosphere, taking one last look at the beautiful blue planet beneath him before diving back through the clouds. The wind rushed against his scales as he flew across the sky one final time before eventually landing in an empty field outside Bellwood.
A golden flash surrounded his body.
Within seconds, the massive dragon shrank back into the familiar figure of Ben Tennyson.
He looked down at the Monotrix on his wrist before letting out a satisfied laugh.
"Man..."
He stretched his arms.
"That was AWESOME!"
A few weeks later...
Ben had almost completely forgotten what it felt like to be bored.
Ever since Azmuth had fully completed the Monotrix, every single day had turned into a new adventure. Every morning he would wake up wondering which transformation he wanted to test next, and every evening he would return home with an even bigger smile than the day before.
The Legendary transformations especially fascinated him.
Unlike his normal aliens, every one of them seemed capable of changing the world around them in one way or another. Ben knew he had to be careful with powers like these, but that didn't stop him from seeing what they could actually do.
One of the first transformations he seriously experimented with was Kyogre.
The first time he transformed, Ben immediately found himself deep within the ocean. Instead of feeling crushed by the unbelievable pressure, he felt completely at home. The freezing temperatures, the darkness, the crushing depths...
None of it bothered him.
It actually felt relaxing.
"So this is what living underwater feels like..."
Kyogre slowly swam through the deep sea, surrounded by schools of fish that curiously followed beside him. Massive whales passed overhead while dolphins swam circles around him as if welcoming a new member into the ocean.
Ben couldn't help but smile.
"This is actually pretty nice."
As he continued swimming, however, his smile slowly faded.
Plastic.
Fishing nets.
Discarded barrels.
Entire sections of the ocean floor were covered in pollution.
"...Seriously?"
Ben frowned.
Even underwater, people somehow managed to leave their trash behind.
Kyogre slowly opened his mouth before manipulating the surrounding currents. Powerful streams of water rushed through the ocean, gathering enormous amounts of floating garbage into a single location without disturbing the nearby sea life.
Fish scattered for only a moment before quickly returning once the currents settled.
"Huh..."
Ben watched the ocean clean itself.
"This is way easier than I thought."
Over the next several hours, Kyogre traveled across different parts of the ocean, removing pollution wherever he found it. Oil slicks disappeared beneath massive waves, abandoned fishing nets were carried safely back toward shore, and areas that had once been filled with trash slowly became crystal clear once again.
Coral reefs that had been damaged for years slowly recovered beneath Kyogre's influence.
Color slowly returned.
Fish returned.
Sea turtles swam freely once again.
Seeing all of it happen right in front of him made Ben smile.
"I could seriously get used to this."
For the next few days, Ben continued returning to the ocean whenever he had free time. Sometimes he simply explored the deepest trenches he could find, curious to see what lived there. Other times he spent hours swimming alongside whales, racing dolphins across the sea, or simply floating peacefully beneath the waves while watching thousands of fish pass around him.
Eventually...
He decided to test another Legendary.
This time...
Groudon.
A brilliant golden light surrounded Ben as his body transformed into the massive red titan.
He slowly looked around.
"Whoa..."
He stomped one foot against the ground.
The earth beneath him trembled.
"Okay..."
He looked down at his enormous claws.
"I definitely need to be careful with this one."
Unlike Kyogre, Groudon felt completely different.
Every step felt unbelievably heavy.
Solid.
Powerful.
It almost felt like the ground itself was responding to him.
Ben walked toward an empty stretch of ocean far away from any cities before taking a deep breath.
"Let's see if this actually works."
He slammed both hands into the water.
For several seconds...
Nothing happened.
Then...
The entire sea began rumbling.
Massive pillars of rock slowly rose from beneath the ocean floor. Layer after layer continued rising until enormous pieces of land emerged from the sea itself.
Ben immediately stepped back.
"...No way."
He watched as the newly created islands settled into place.
They weren't continents.
Just several gigantic islands spread across the open ocean.
"Holy..."
Ben looked at his own hands.
"I actually did it."
Over the next few weeks, Ben carefully continued practicing.
Every new island was created far away from shipping routes and existing coastlines. He spent hours making sure each one was stable before leaving. Some were little more than rocky islands, while others were large enough for forests to eventually grow on them.
"This one could probably fit a whole town someday."
He smiled proudly.
"Not bad."
Whenever he switched back to Kyogre, he made sure the surrounding waters remained healthy as well. Fresh currents flowed naturally around the new islands, allowing marine life to quickly settle into the area. Fish gathered in enormous numbers while colorful coral slowly began forming beneath the surface.
Ben laughed.
"I accidentally made vacation spots."
Testing the other Legendary transformations became just as exciting.
Sometimes he spent hours flying through the atmosphere as Rayquaza simply because it never got old.
A few months later...
London, United Kingdom.
The sound of gunfire echoed through the streets as police officers took cover behind their patrol cars.
"Armed police! Drop your weapons!"
One of the officers shouted through a loudspeaker.
The response came in the form of another burst of gunfire.
BANG!
BANG!
BANG!
Several masked robbers rushed out of the bank carrying heavy duffel bags overflowing with cash.
"Hurry up!"
One of them yelled while looking over his shoulder.
"The cops are right behind us!"
Another robber laughed as he tossed another bag into the back of their black van.
"I told you this would be easy!"
"Less talking, more driving!"
The driver slammed the accelerator.
The van's tires screeched against the pavement before the vehicle sped away from the bank.
Police sirens immediately followed.
"They're getting away!"
"Units Five and Seven, stay on them!"
The chase was on.
The robbers burst into laughter inside the van.
"Hahaha!"
"I can't believe it actually worked!"
"I told you nobody could stop us!"
One of them opened a duffel bag and stared at the stacks of money inside.
"We're rich!"
Another robber smirked.
"First thing I'm buying is a mansion."
"Mansion?"
The driver laughed.
"I'm buying an island!"
A third robber shook his head.
"You idiots are thinking too small."
"I'm buying a yacht..."
He leaned back with a smug grin.
"...to park next to my mansion."
The entire van erupted into laughter.
Behind them, police cars continued racing through the streets, refusing to give up the pursuit.
"They're still following us!"
"So what?"
The driver grinned.
"They'll never catch us!"
Far above the city...
Someone else was following them.
Silently.
Perched atop the roof of a nearby building stood a dark figure.
Its body was pitch black with wisps of white drifting around its neck while a flowing red collar surrounded its shoulders. A single crimson eye calmly watched the speeding van below.
Darkrai.
Ben had been tracking the robbers ever since they entered the bank.
He never once made a sound.
Never once revealed himself.
He simply watched...
Waiting for the perfect moment.
"There you are..."
Darkrai disappeared into the shadows.
A second later...
He emerged from another shadow several buildings ahead of the fleeing van.
The robbers continued celebrating, completely unaware of what was waiting for them.
"I told you we'd lose them!"
"We're unstoppable!"
The driver looked back for only a second to laugh with the others.
When he turned around again...
Something was standing in the middle of the road.
A tall...
Black...
Ghostly figure.
"What the—"
His eyes widened.
"LOOK OUT!!"
He slammed on the brakes.
SCREEEEEECH!
The tires locked.
The van swerved violently before smashing straight into a roadside barrier.
CRASH!!
The airbags exploded open as the vehicle spun to a complete stop.
"...Ow..."
One robber groaned while rubbing his head.
"My nose..."
Another slowly looked up through the cracked windshield.
"The... thing..."
"...Where'd it go?"
The driver shakily climbed out of the wreck.
"There!"
He pointed toward the top of a nearby building.
Standing on the rooftop...
Darkrai quietly looked down at them.
For a few seconds...
Nobody moved.
Then police sirens grew louder.
"They're here!"
The robbers immediately tried to run.
"Police!"
"Don't move!"
Within seconds, armed officers surrounded them from every direction.
One after another, the robbers dropped to the ground before being handcuffed.
"It's over!"
"You're under arrest!"
The driver looked back toward the rooftop one final time.
Darkrai was still standing there.
Watching.
Then...
A golden flash surrounded the mysterious Pokémon.
Darkrai transformed back into Ben.
Ben folded his arms with a satisfied grin.
"Hehe..."
He watched as the police loaded the robbers into their vehicles.
"...Got 'em."
Still smiling to himself, Ben turned around before quietly walking away across the rooftops, disappearing into the London skyline.
Ben is really enjoying his monotrix and all the things he can do with it now
"Now what type adventure should i persue next?"

ok, guys sorry for the late chapter see tomorrow is my Science exam so i was a little busy plus my job also consumes a lot of my time so i hop you guys can forgive me. Honestly i don't have much to say today this story will take me sometime to write because i will be doing a lot of major changes to the Legendary Ben 10 lore from here on out
The general direction i am thinking of will be similair to Absolute universe from DC now don't worry about it being super edgy cringe fest. But story telling would definately be more mature with the themes and can go pretty dark without being edgy
