The black flames disappeared shortly afterward. Even the Orcs' magic stones vanished along with the flames.
"I didn't think that would happen."
I let out a sigh and then used my Detection skill.
It's still only Level 3, but it's enough to detect some interesting things.
I managed to see a large magical current flowing above me, heading toward a specific location. So I started running. Within seconds, I arrived at the place where the magical current ended.
It ended at the dungeon wall.
However, there wasn't any passage there.
"I can't sense anything behind this wall. Maybe it's because my Detection skill isn't at a high enough level yet. Dragon, can you sense anything?"
[I can sense something, but I don't know exactly what it is. There's a great magical power.]
Hearing the dragon's words, I remembered the boss room I had visited with Mikoto. Could there be one of those rooms behind this wall? Should I break it down?
After thinking for a moment, I decided to do it.
First, I looked around to make sure no danger was approaching and asked the dragon to keep watch.
Then, I used the skill Super Strength LV10 to increase my strength even further and punched the wall with all my might. I could have used magic or my sword to cut through the wall, but this is more fun.
When my fist hit the wall, a loud sound echoed.
BOOM!
It was like a stick of dynamite had exploded. My punch was so powerful that it created a shockwave.
But contrary to what I expected, the wall didn't shatter into pieces. A crack only appeared where I had struck it. However, I noticed that a large amount of magical power was leaking through the crack.
"What is this? Some kind of magical power reservoir?"
Since one punch wasn't enough, I decided to throw another.
This time, I tried to put even more strength into it.
BOOM!
Another explosion rang out, and the crack in the wall grew larger. The magical power leaking out increased as well. I noticed that the cracks were spreading on their own over time.
"It's working."
However, before I could throw another punch, the Black Dragon spoke.
[The monsters are approaching. A lot of them. They're all quite strong.]
"What attracted them? The noise or the magical power?"
[I don't know. But be careful.]
"Don't worry. I can deal with the monsters on this floor with my eyes closed, even if I've never seen them before."
I spoke confidently.
I stepped away from the wall, which continued to crack, and walked farther away. Looking toward the horizon, I saw a vast field of stone. In the distance, enormous monsters began to appear.
"Wow, it's like I'm in Shadows of the Colossus."
I laughed.
[What's that?]
"You don't need to know."
I tightened my grip on my sword and charged forward at high speed.

POV: Third Person
Luan ran toward the monsters before they could even notice his presence.
Giant ogres, enormous lizards, minotaurs twice the size of normal ones. Many of them wielded massive weapons.
Huge clubs, giant swords, even an enormous spear.
Weapons artificially created by some mysterious force. Luan knew the dungeon hadn't created monsters like these.
With a smile on his face, Luan kept running. He weaved between the monsters, who couldn't keep up with his movements. Then, while sprinting, he used his Rot LV3 skill to attack the giants' legs.
They roared in pain as the skin on their legs began to melt away.
Next, Luan teleported behind the nearest giant and drove his sword deep into its back.
ARRGGHH!
The giant screamed as Luan used the weight of his body to tear through the entire length of its back. Its flesh split open, and it collapsed to the ground, already dead.
The other monsters tried to strike Luan, but he teleported away.
Then, shadows emerged from beneath Luan's feet, forming enormous dark hands in the air.
"Dark Magic. It's been a long time since I used this."
The monsters looked at Luan as though he were an even more terrifying monster than they were. That dark magic sent chills through their bodies.
The giant hands shot through the air at incredible speed, grabbing one of the lizards by the neck.
Luan then raised his hand and, with a smile, clenched his fist.
"Boom."
The lizard's neck was crushed, and it died instantly.
Luan raised both hands, and the giant magical hands mirrored his movements. Then, dark blades began to emerge from their palms. They launched forward at high speed toward the monsters.
A rain of black blades fell from the "sky"
They streaked through the air, piercing everything in their path. The monsters started running, but like guided missiles, the magic pursued them and pierced their vital points.
As this happened, Luan laughed, enjoying the spectacle.
It had been a long time since he had been able to use his full strength like this.
"This is way too easy."
The giant hands disappeared, and only a few monsters remained standing.
In total, ten of them were still capable of fighting, though some were already wounded.
"This time, I'll use only my speed and my sword. No skills. Let's see if you can keep up with this dance."
As soon as he said that, Luan vanished from the monsters' sight.
They looked around desperately.
Then—
Swoosshh!
One of the ogres' heads was severed in a single motion before any of the monsters understood what had happened.
"One down. Who's next?"
Luan asked while standing atop the head he had just cut off.
With a smile, he pointed his sword at the lizard.
"You."
The lizard didn't even have time to react before Luan's sword pierced straight through its forehead.
"That was easy. You need to be faster."
Luan smiled at the enormous lizard's lifeless eyes.
Realizing that waiting for death was pointless, the remaining monsters finally attacked...
Only to die from a single strike of Luan's blade.
