When Xu Hao and the four others reached the front of the ruins, they were all deeply stunned.
The top of the four-sided city walls of the ruins is mostly covered by a 4 to 5 meter layer of silt from the Tang and Song dynasties and Ming dynasty, while the cultural layer inside the moat and city is overlaid with a 6 to 8 meter thick silt layer from the Han Dynasty. The entire city site is rectangular in shape, with a preserved height of about 6 to 9 meters.
The foundation of the city wall is about 70 meters wide, and the top is about 20 to 30 meters wide, with a protective moat around the outside of the wall.
