Time ticked by, second by second.

In the blink of an eye, half an hour had passed.

Seimei had run through the Body of the Extreme technique over a dozen times.

Suddenly, he stopped.

Looking up, he scanned his surroundings.

The environment here was still harsh—air thick with heat and toxic gases, pressure far beyond the outside world. But just like before his body's transformation, this place no longer pushed him hard enough.

In other words, sticking around here would only slow down his physical training.

That was something Seimei absolutely couldn't accept.

Wasting no time, he locked onto the circular platform in the second chamber below and activated the Flying Thunder God Technique.

Whoosh!

In an instant, his figure vanished.

---

Meanwhile, down below in the second chamber.

Seimei's form appeared out of nowhere.

He stood at the center of the cross-shaped arch bridge's platform, his expression shifting as if grappling with some kind of pain. His skin took on an unnatural purplish-red hue.

Clearly, this environment was doing a number on him.

Yet, despite the strain, Seimei didn't use any techniques to counter it. Instead, he closed his eyes, carefully feeling the pressure coursing through his body.

After a long moment, he opened them again.

"Phew…"

Letting out a long breath, Seimei muttered, "As expected, without the Lightning Release: Light Membrane for protection, resisting this harsh environment with just my physical strength is a bit of a stretch."

But "a bit" was the key—he could handle it.

And that meant training Body of the Extreme here would be way more effective than before.

No time to waste. Ignoring the brutal surroundings, Seimei planted his feet and started practicing Body of the Extreme again.

One round, two rounds.

Three rounds, five rounds.

Before he knew it, another half-hour had flown by.

At the one-hour mark, Seimei paused his training.

Feeling the progress he'd made in that hour, he nodded, satisfied.

With a thought, he teleported to the open clearing at the center of Moon Island.

After a few minutes to let his body recover, Seimei dispelled the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique.

In an instant, every Shadow Clone—on the island and beyond—vanished.

A flood of memories rushed into his mind.

Back in the day, this kind of memory overload would've given him a headache, forcing him to take a breather. But now? He could handle it with ease.

Sure, boosting his Constitution stat didn't directly strengthen his mental fortitude. But in the ninja world, the line between mind and body wasn't so clear-cut. A stronger body meant tougher mental resilience, too—a kind of unlocked potential.

This time, he could calmly process the memory surge from five hundred Shadow Clones.

Maybe after today, he wouldn't need to use the Seal Heart, Lock Soul: Contract Instant Mark to get through the night anymore.

Thoughts swirled in his head, but Seimei quickly reined them in. First, he sorted and stored the chakra and natural energy that came back with the clones' memories.

Then, he focused, diving into the flood of memories.

Time ticked by.

About fifteen minutes later, Seimei opened his eyes again.

He'd fully digested the past hour's worth of training experience from his clones.

No time to waste. He popped a few enhanced soldier pills to replenish his energy and kicked off another round of training.

Just like that, a day passed.

The next day, he kept up the intense training pace.

Day three, day four—same deal.

It wasn't until he took a rest day in the village, then returned for two more days of training, that he finally had clear results for what he'd been testing.

First up: physical training efficiency.

No surprise there—using a more aggressive approach with Body of the Extreme had boosted his progress significantly. Add in the harsher environment of the second chamber, and overall, his physical training efficiency had jumped by about thirty percent compared to before.

As for his Byakugan's evolution?

That had gone up by roughly twenty percent!

At full throttle with Body of the Extreme, his Byakugan was gaining about 102 evolution points per day. Accounting for the progress he'd made over the past six days, he estimated it'd take just twenty more days to hit the evolution points needed for the next level.

When that happened, his Mental stat would get a boost.

Of course, this kind of progress came at a cost.

For one, his chakra consumption had spiked by over thirty percent—about three million points more. That meant he was now burning through ten million chakra points daily on Body of the Extreme.

Ten million chakra points.

A number most ninja couldn't even fathom.

But it was exactly this insane investment that fueled his near-limitless growth.

In that sense, the payoff matched the cost.

Of course, regular ninja couldn't pull this off, no matter how much chakra they threw at it. They didn't have the Ama no Uki to guide their evolution or the One Proof, Eternal Proof proficiency panel to back it up.

Oh, and one more thing—his natural energy was, once again, running short.

When Natural Energy Perception and Natural Energy Control hit Level 8, he'd been thrilled. His clones were absorbing enough natural energy to cover his needs and stockpile some extra.

But now? He was back to scraping by.

With a hundred clones going all out, they could pull in 600,000 points of natural energy per hour. Over a dozen hours, that was about eight million points daily. But to fuel Body of the Extreme with ten million points of senjutsu chakra, he needed ten million points of natural energy.

That left a two-million-point gap.

For now, Seimei was filling it with regular chakra.

Looking ahead, once Natural Energy Perception and Natural Energy Control leveled up again, letting him absorb even more natural energy, his evolution speed would climb higher still.

At this rate, he might not even need three months for his body to hit the next transformation threshold.

That's right—based on his current pace, Seimei figured three months was all it'd take to reach that critical point.

Compared to his last transformation, three months was nothing.

And he had to admit, senjutsu chakra and the upgraded Body of the Extreme were making things a lot easier. The harsher environment didn't hurt, either.
