Malfonz became a caretaker, yet he didn't lose himself too it. He was personally proud of it, he saw being good as having a virus, you grow such a big heart you throw yourself away at anything resembling a good act. Like for instance in his mind if he saw a homeless person begging for money he would tear up his clothes he worked so hard on to throw them onto a wet puddle and make the homeless person walk across it, I mean he didn't help the homeless person who personally didn't even gain anything from the action, but it was a good action and action he couldn't control from the goodness of his heart. That is what Malfonz was afraid of. But he was still the jerk he was a few days ago who would lay on the couch and do absolutely nothing if not asked too, I guess that would mean he doesn't have a heart ... but in reality he doesn't he died when he was born and got a second life remember.
As the same shenanigans occur like they did everyday the woman who was mothering the children even had lessons the grandma I mean, so that her kids grew up to be fine young men. Malfonz in the corner never took notes, but when he got the chance to wash the dishes grandma spoke to him, he was finally a part of something and all it took was him trying. Of course trying sometimes works, but those sometimes it does feels nice. He even learned grannys name, Micah as she used to be a slave who found her life here having ran away from home. She used to be someone who had a fondness for children, and in her later years as less people bought the orphaned kids she started opening up a sudo school and life for them. How many of them became great scholars by her teaching them basic knowledge like their 1 2 3's and alphabets getting them accepted to free schools she could afford and sending them off to dormitory's but recently not much work occured anymore. Due to the virus it all became harder to mandate, but she lived a happy life.
Malfonz basically a slave owner himself felt like he was walking around eggshells ... even though he made it possible for their freedom. His slaves are no longer his as they are taught people, but he didn't know that, a small good act thought out goes a far way. So does a bad one. And as the other kids were still asleep the trio of Manny, Danny and Daniel the young one planned on getting granny's first pancakes before the other woke up, but Malfonz awake and eating greeting the kids said his hello surprising them, then they remembered he didn't sleep.
"Why don't you sleep, you'll die", said Daniel to Malfonz.
"I guess I'm a zombie, get up before I eat em all", said Malfonz with a filled mouth.
"Get up", erked Manny pushing Danny into his seat wanting to get to his own, Danny was short.
"Hey what you guys think about the scam by the three D's", said Malfonz alluding to the play he helped organize.
"Don't you mean scam ... I I mean theater play, like in those books getting all nervous", asked Manny. But Malfonz doesn't have remorse, he wouldn't care for those things.
"Why would I act with humility it was funny, the play went without a hitch, it was princess and the frog (swallow) and and ... and the youngest Don stole all your toys for 3 days it was funny", said Malfonz bullying again.
But Malfonz started to grow up around the kids, as time went on he even learned personal interests of each kid as well as their granny who he also refered too as granny. Manny was a crybaby, Danny was booksmart and honestly if factions didn't exist him and double D would end up being good friends. The two Daniels who never spoke as turns out they were mute, but that never stopped them, they also turned out to be siblings, their parents were so hammered that day they named both kids the same thing.
As a new day came Malfonz came up with a plan, he was good now, why not make groups of people and teams that he would say would work wonders together. Three groups he stated a race front and back the house, the first group was (both Daniels together alongside Don and Lukas), then came (Jon, Manny and Danny) then lastly (Dondy, Dondon and Dodondon). Each group had a responsible one and a smart one together with a dumb one they can work together with Malfonz thought.
The older Daniel holding onto their younger Daniel as the game plan was set out by Lukas, Don was making weird gestures with his hands trying to form hand signs but Lukas taught him it was insensitive, he later said his sorry, even though the Daniels thought nothing of it. Turns out the fastest ones were the Daniels so the plan was Lukas would be left out and Don would get a running start to later pass it onto the Daniels. Don can easily start crying so the plan was to not isolate him like that. Lukas stood by and as he said ready set go right beside Malfonz we go back to the other teams.
Danny was easy to scare while Manny was motivated alongside Jon to prove people wrong. The plan was set Danny would go first with the lowest speed and pass the baton to Manny then Jon. They argued but got ready.
Then came the last team, Dondy was just a chill guy, while Dondon was calming down Dodondon who was still pissy about Manny. He was jumping up and down, but as the first person to run with his short legs Dodondon made the sacrifice and began the run. Then came Dondon and Dondy the tallest of the kids.
As they started their races counting down time manually together tick tick one tick tick two, each person had a go at it. Don had a better time than Dodondon and Danny combined. Dodondon came second but he wasn't all that sad seeing everybody happy he copied and started jumping in joy too. Then came Manny second too Dondon and Daniel the youngest one. The fastest in first place went too Dondy the chillest one one and the tallest of the kids, then came Jon and last came Daniel, but who cares it was a day of fun. Everybody played til the sun came down and as a reward for fun everybody was a winner. Fin.
Better strides were made and more new relationships were formed.
