The two quickly entered through the village entrance to report their mission at Galaxy Expedition Team headquarters.
"You go report the mission, and I'll head to the laboratory," John said to Akari, waving as he walked toward Laventon's laboratory.
"Okay, thanks for your hard work!" Akari walked toward Galaxy Expedition Team headquarters with brisk steps. This time, she really had too many things to report to the captain!
When he arrived at Laventon's laboratory, the professor was so engrossed in studying the words on Spooky Plate and Pixie Plate that he didn't even notice John's arrival.
"Professor, how's the research going?" John greeted.
Laventon was startled. He turned around and looked at John in surprise. "Didn't you just go on a mission a few days ago? Why are you at headquarters now?"
"Mission accomplished," John replied casually. He stepped forward and looked at the two tablets side by side with Professor Laventon. Although he couldn't make anything out, this didn't prevent him from appreciating the Pixie Plate's power.
"Done so quickly?" Laventon couldn't help but mutter. If he remembered correctly, John should have gone to the pure white frozen tundra in the northern part of the Hisui Region. It would have taken at least half a month to travel back and forth. Why had he returned so soon?
"How's the progress on researching the two tablets?" John asked again.
"It's still early days," Laventon shook his head. Although there was an extra tablet for comparison, these were artifacts left from an extremely ancient era after all. It wasn't that simple to decipher them. Only a few days had passed, simply not enough time.
"Alright, then study hard and finish before I leave," John patted Laventon on the shoulder and left the laboratory.
Arriving on the second floor of Galaxy Expedition Team headquarters, Team Leader Zisu, with her stern face and professional attire, was looking at John.
"I heard you completed the mission?"
"Yes. It shouldn't take long for Adaman and Irida's letters to arrive." As an intermediary, after John completed the task, Adaman and Irida might not come to Jubilife Village to express their gratitude in person, but their thank-you letters should be on the way now.
At Flying-type Pokemon speed, they could arrive either today or tomorrow.

At that moment, Akari happened to come down from the third floor. Seeing John, she waved quickly. "The captain wants to see you!"

Seeing John arrive, Cyllene stood up.
"John, I've finished listening to Akari's report. You did well."
"Not only did you explore Snowpoint Temple, but you also defeated Adaman and Irida."
"It seems you're stronger than I thought." Cyllene looked at John with great admiration.
'I'm almost tired of hearing this line', John thought.
"Come, sit down quickly." Cyllene gestured with her hand while simultaneously sitting back at the desk. "Zisu, pour two cups of tea."
"Yes, Captain."
The two sat facing each other.
"Captain, you didn't call me here just to praise me, right?" John asked with a smile.
Cyllene nodded seriously, and her brow furrowed again.
"I have a task to trouble you with."
"It stands to reason that you've just returned from completing your mission, so you should be allowed to rest before other missions are arranged."
"But the Hisui Region hasn't been very peaceful recently, and there have been some abnormalities in various places, so the Galaxy Expedition Team members have been deployed abroad, causing a shortage of manpower in the organization."
"It doesn't matter. The trip to Snowpoint Temple didn't take much effort. If you have any tasks, Captain, just leave them to me," John replied readily, and Cyllene immediately mentioned the next task.

The stolen item was a flute, called the Celestica Flute. If you blew it, you'd get help from certain Pokemon.
John remembered this was an item for summoning mounts in the game.
Additionally, the Celestica Flute's melody was the beginning part of the Azure Flute's melody, the one that summoned Arceus.
'Somewhat unexpected.'
John immediately thought of someone.
Akari should have held nothing back from Cyllene, so she should have also told Cyllene about Regigigas giving him Primordial Rock and other Pokemon items.
However, Cyllene didn't ask for the Primordial Rock from him. Instead, she directly arranged another task. It seemed she would directly give up her interests and let him work freely.
Captain Cyllene was smarter than he'd thought.
"If possible, I hope you can catch this thief as quickly as possible," Cyllene said. "If you need anything, you can apply to Zisu for it."
"Okay, thank you, Captain."
"That's good." Cyllene nodded, picking up a report from under her desk and pushing it toward John.
"If there's anything you don't understand in the report, you can ask Zisu, or you can go directly to the stolen warehouse."
After walking out the door of Galaxy Expedition Team headquarters, John looked back at the third floor, the corners of his mouth raised slightly.
