Han was what one would refer to as the Bane of Existence.
His Eternal Karmic Sword Domain was just too overpowered, to the point that even a Primordial found himself at a disadvantage against him.
Blood Ancestor could sense and feel it deep within his soul that the only way he could leave this domain and go after Kent was by killing Han. But to kill him, he would have to lower his cultivation base to the Root Saint stage.
Of course, by doing so, he also ran the risk of dying at the hands of the bastard, who clearly wasn't going to make things easy for the almighty Blood Ancestor.
"We can also stand here and chat. I would love to know more about what it's like being a Primordial with no backbone," Han taunted, and Blood Ancestor took the bait, something he shouldn't have.
But he did, and his anger compelled him to move, which resulted in his cultivation plummeting until he was a Root Saint as well.
