Boom!
A bolt of lightning streaked across the sky.
Luo Di woke up once again in his childhood home.
It was nearly dinnertime, and it felt as if he had taken a long nap.
The same bedroom arrangement, the same desk and posters stuck on the wall, yet, despite the thunder, there was no sound of rain.
He pulled back the curtains,
revealing a strange scene outside the window.
Indeed, it was raining outside, but the raindrops didn't hit the window; instead, they flowed upwards, being drawn into the sky, ascending to the clouds.
The entire process seemed reversed.
However, Luo Di did not find it odd, and upon seeing the upside-down rain, he started walking backwards in his slippers.
He walked out of the bedroom and into the living room.
His parents and sister were preparing a sumptuous dinner there. They paid no attention to Luo Di's backward steps, as if a very important guest was expected today.
Just as the chicken, duck, and fish were all served,
Ding-dong! The doorbell rang.
