Chapter 585 - Chapter 585 Caw Caw

His stomach churned violently… a familiar feeling, but far more intense and severe.

Tonpa clutched his backside tightly with both hands, as if trying to hold back an imminent dam breach.

He instinctively thought of the powerful laxative, then instinctively shot a suspicious glance at Law.

As he looked, he wondered if he had made any mistakes recently and made Law suddenly slip him a laxative.

Noticing Tonpa's gaze, Law understood. He rubbed his forehead and said helplessly, "I'm not that bored. And unlike you, I don't carry laxatives around."

"If you weren't bored, why did you mess with me so many times during the Hunter Exam?" Tonpa muttered under his breath.

Law heard him but pretended not to.

Gurgle! Gurgle!

Tonpa's stomach emitted an ear-splitting sound. His face changed color.

Without time to explain, his body moved on its own.

Clutching his backside, he scurried behind a large tree in an awkward posture, pulled down his pants with lightning speed, assumed a squatting stance, and let the army in his intestines burst through the dam.

Listening to the sounds of intense release, Bruna instinctively moved closer to Law. Meanwhile, Law and Biscuit also took a few steps back.

"What did this guy eat?" Kuro's voice came from the back of Law's hand. The commotion was… truly exaggerated.

"Don't know," Law shook his head slightly. Logically, they ate the same food as Tonpa. Even if he had caught a chill, it shouldn't be this violent.

The scale of this release seemed even more intense than the effects of the powerful laxative Tonpa had used before.

Just then, the crow's cry came from the distance again.

Law and Biscuit hadn't forgotten about the crow. While Tonpa was behind the tree relieving himself, they each deployed their En, vigilantly monitoring the movements within the thick fog, though their range couldn't compare to Tonpa's Nen Ability.

Two minutes later, a low moan of relief came from behind the tree, followed by Tonpa's voice: "Sorry, sorry. I feel much better now. Probably won't need a second round."

As he spoke, he stood up and pulled up his pants. Somehow, his foot caught on something, his forehead hit the tree, and his body bounced backward. Just as he tried to steady himself, his heel slipped as if stepping on a banana peel, and he suddenly found himself airborne.

Thump!

As luck would have it, the back of his head landed squarely in the large, still-warm pile of shit.

Tonpa's body froze stiff. He was utterly stunned.

Not far from the other side of the tree, Law and Biscuit fell silent.

They couldn't see Tonpa's current state, but the En they had released allowed them to vaguely sense what had happened to him.

"Law, I need a favor," Tonpa's voice came from behind the tree after a moment, sounding on the verge of tears.

Law immediately guessed what Tonpa wanted help with… nothing other than using his ability to clean the stuff off the back of Tonpa's head…

"I refuse," Law replied without hesitation.

"I haven't even said what the favor is!" Tonpa's voice was bitter. He wasn't aware that Law and Biscuit already knew his situation.

"True, but I refuse," Law said, taking out the water algae. Answering a different question, he asked, "Will a few buckets of water be enough?"

Hearing Law's words, Tonpa fell into a bewildered silence.

"Caw! Caw!"

The crow's cry came from the distance again, perfectly timed.

"Fine," Tonpa's defeated voice came from behind the tree after a moment.

Hearing this, Law channeled his Aura, used the water algae to transform his Aura into clean water, opened his Domain, and controlled several large water balls to float slowly toward Tonpa.

Behind the tree, Tonpa stood up and turned his head with difficulty. As he glanced at the mess on the ground, he mentally pictured the miserable state on the back of his head, and the corner of his mouth twitched.

Seeing the water balls floating over, he took a step forward, planning to submerge his entire body into a water ball for a thorough cleaning.

However, he inexplicably fell again, in a miraculous falling posture… like a drunkard stumbling sideways, he lunged forward, falling face-first into the shit.

The moment he lost his balance, he had been trying hard to adjust his posture.

Stabilizing himself should have been simple, but his feet kept slipping, which was why he ended up moving like a drunk.

A chill ran down Tonpa's spine. He sprang up, used his hands to wipe off the foul-smelling shit from his face, and rushed straight into the water ball, scrubbing his head and face frantically.

"Haha."

Kuro's shameless laughter suddenly came from the back of Law's hand.

"Shut up," Law immediately snapped, stopping Kuro.

Making too much noise in the forest easily attracted strange creatures.

"Caw, caw."

Just as Kuro stopped laughing, the crow's cry came from the distance again.

Law frowned slightly. The sound seemed to come from all directions, making it impossible to pinpoint its exact location.

A few minutes later, Tonpa walked out of the water ball with a gloomy expression, soaked to the bone.

A slight gust of cold wind caused his body temperature to drop sharply.

'It's like I'm cursed.'

He complained inwardly.

Law looked at Tonpa with sympathy as he walked over. Just as he was about to say something, Tonpa's stomach made another drum-like sound.

The atmosphere instantly fell into silence.

Tonpa opened his mouth, then ran toward another tree. But he had only taken a few steps when his foot caught on something again, and he fell flat on his face.

Law and Biscuit watched Tonpa lying on the ground, truly at a loss for words.

Honestly, Tonpa had trained quite hard over the past few years, putting great effort into physical conditioning. For him to keep falling like this was bizarre.

"Are you… okay?" Law took a step forward. Suddenly, his foot hit something foreign, his body lost balance and pitched forward. Right where his face and hands were about to land was a patch of green plants hidden among the weeds, covered in short thorns.

"Hmm?"

Law raised an eyebrow, released Aura to stabilize his falling body, then straightened up and took a step back… only to slip, his body lifting backward into the air.

The slipping felt incredibly strange, as if the ground was covered in a slippery, slimy substance.

Law took advantage of the momentum to use the characteristics of Emission-type Nen, suspending his body in mid-air, with a strange expression on his face.

Seeing that Law had also nearly fallen twice in a row, Biscuit realized something was wrong.

Just then, the sound of a massive release came from Tonpa's direction, quite loud.

It went into his pants.

Because when Law fell those two times, Tonpa had gotten up only to fall again, directly releasing the army inside him onto the spot.

"Caw, caw."

The persistent crow's cry felt incredibly mocking at this moment.

"What's going on?" Biscuit asked, looking at Law suspended in mid-air.

Law looked down at the spot where he had just stepped. There was nothing unusual.

Frowning, he said, "It's very strange."

Then he looked up at Biscuit and suggested, "Why don't you try walking a few steps?"

For a moment, the two seemed to have forgotten about Tonpa, who was lying there questioning his life.

Hearing Law's words, Biscuit immediately took two steps, then inexplicably slipped and fell.

Biscuit's eyes flickered slightly as she easily stabilized herself.

"How did it feel?" Law asked.

"Very weird." Biscuit said, glancing at the spot where she had slipped.

"Could it be…" Law glanced at Tonpa, who was staggering toward another tree, then looked around at the thick fog.

"Caw, caw."

The crow's cry came again, every few dozen seconds or minutes.

Gurgle!

This time, both Law and Biscuit's stomachs reacted. Their faces changed color.

Looking at each other, they both thought of Tonpa's miserable state.

With their physical fitness, they basically wouldn't get diarrhea unless they were poisoned.

Moreover, if this bizarre phenomenon kept happening, it would be very dangerous in the forest.

Bruna hovered in the air, looking strangely at Law and the others.
