She was his world and he would do anything to make sure she was successful. But in this world, superpowered being known as Husk roamed the earth. They had mystical abilities that allowed them to do impossible things. After returning to an empty house, Jackson was attacked by something he couldn’t comprehend. When he awoke, he was changed, but he ignored that.
