"You bore me, All Might."
All For One said as he casually blocked the punches from the hero. Each strike should have reduced the villain to blood mist from the power packing inside but all they could do was spreading out to the atmosphere whenever a blow landed.
After both side utilized the portal to gauge each other's reaction speed, All For One was disappointed seeing how rudimentary All Might's technique had become. The skillset learnt from martial arts he had witnessed years ago had been withered down to simple, brutish punches without any grace (of course, the standard All For One had was elevated due to news of All Might's heroic deeds).
"Manhattan Smash!"
A portal engulfed the punch and redirected the force to All Might solar plexus. The sudden movement of the arm should have cut into the portal edge and split the muscle but it did not.
"You need to learn, for someone with this power, being creative is a requirement."
All For One expanded the space between the two with a finger flick. All Might was sent miles away but quickly reorientating himself before kicking sonic booms to blindside the villain. The drop kick landed and the figure of the villain disappeared beyond the horizon but the he was kicked in the cheek and sent flying away again.
"Your sense is good enough for camouflage, but if the "me" is also me, what are you gonna do?"
Not even lifting a finger, All For One showcased once more his prowess. The ocean beneath rumbled before water tentacles flew up and tried to bind All Might. Jabs and light kicks struck the coming tentacles and before he could take a breath, All For One appeared behind and delivered a liver punch.
"So much lack of thinking and awareness. You may need to slow down to digest everything."
The water droplets evaporated and were superheated, now rolling against All Might's skin forcing him to flinch from the heat. The fog caused by this blinded All Might and All For One utilized that tiny moment before All Might clapped it away. He opened his 2 arms vertically before slamming them down, removing the 3D from the world and imprisoned All Might into a 2D snippet of the arena. Watching All Might looking around, All For One could not stop himself adding in some of the Nomus as entertainment for the man. The previous attacks from the villain had been a way for him to gauge something.
"The chains are not rattling as much as I have predicted. So All Might is simply that strong... Worry not, I have something for this special occasion. And the ships below can wait. Oh how they tried to hide from my perception field."
All For One brought out the most important factor that was going to bring his plans to fruition. From a portal he brought out a fainted Ina. Using her as the foci and creating a liquid that most suited the one he was going to fool, aka blood, All For One turned all the physics boosting quirks on before levitating himself in front of the sleeping girl on top of the blood altar he had created. Stretching for square kilometers, the surrounding circles and Celtic runes were laid on top of one another in a state of supposition as All For One uttered the 'prayer', a challenge barely disguised by how he had altered his thought.
"Your toy will break under my hands.
Like thousands of those following in your stead, Sovereign of Sins.

The two line shook the fabric of the universe as something slithered through the 4-layers spatial barriers isolating Japan. All For One could sense the intruder, one of the incarnation of it. He could sense the dread and rust radiating from the serpent but it was not close enough. As it opened it maw wide open to devour whole the entire space locked inside the barrier, All For One waited. A little bit more ... A little more ... Now!
Chain spread out from the heart of the sleeping Ina, flying straight up and formed a sphere before all of them exploded outward, forcing the serpent mouth open and immobilized45. It tried to thrash around, trying to break free from this impossible scenario. All For One had already finished bending the structure of the local reality so that there would be no distinction between otherworldly beings and mortal beings in terms of interactions with things made from the chaos energy. All For One had been searching for the source of phenomenon of quirks so this energy was something he was familiar with and was trying to utilize without the crutch of this thing called "quirk". Who could hold themself away from the allure of molding reality to their wish if they could control the energy?
"So haughty you are, now let me use it."
With the binding of the main material, All For One twisted the space before its head to formed a single spear before skewering the snake and tearing its body apart. He then transformed the corpse to the chaos energy before running it through Ina's vein. The power concentrated at the heart following the bloodstreams and from there, a chain pierced out and went past the dimension. All For One carefully dissected and rearranged the girl's body so as to maintain life functions while maintain the sharp edge a weapon needed.
He had always wanted a spear.

'Now, how to get out,' Thought All Might after defeating the fiends of All For One.
This place he was standing, once a pristine and beautiful meadow, had been stained in black blood due to his punches blowing the enemies into smithereens and scattering the parts miles away. He suffered little to no injury but the pressing matter now was how to get out from this place. From the theatrical action of All For One, All Might deduced this place was separated from the world outside through space-time quirks.
'I can punch harder,' believed All Might as a sense of absolute confidence flooded his nervous system.
He had learnt of the way those proficient with their weapons could achieve something similar to quirks. With enough self-confidence and understanding in one's ability, they could directly influence the world in forms tailor-made to their experience. For a swordsman, a slash crossing all distance and barrier that could only be dodged. And for those practicing martial arts using their bodies, there was this little useful technique: force resonance.
All Might was reluctant to utilize this technique for the two reasons: it was taxing on the body to the point of near-death exhaustion and it was difficult in technicality to achieve. To continuously punch at the frequency fast enough to stack shockwave and force upon one another, that was the main gist of it. The details going along was the same as for a swordsman; in this case, the body was the blade.
"1, 2, 3 ... Break!"
All Might continuously punched at a single focal point in his vision, the impacts and shock waves coincided to amplify the power. And with the perspective of his body being the blade that could cut through anything, he punched his way out.
"I am waiting. So how is the experience? From your expression, wonderful?"
All Might answered with a punch that crossed distance between the hero and the villain. All For One simply phase himself out of space, letting the punch harmlessly passing through before phasing back. From the perspective of the villain, All Might had improved in how deeply he understood the power behind human's will but he could not put himself above others to gain an advantage against the villain.
"I have this little hostage here."
Oh, how All Might's face tensed up with the mention of a hostage. All For One could toy more but he had something to achieve.
"And now, there is none."
He plunged his hand inside Ina's chest and gripped at the heart. Using his quirk to complete the transformation, All For One smirked seeing the merging of his quirk and the power from the serpent through the reformed catalyst. All Might did not let him soundly finished his preparation but it was a too late.
All For One summoned the him in the future to use the spear to blow All Might apart, something the prideful him would not have accepted but now they were one and the same. The will of the past could control the will of the future and vice versa. Now he was everywhere surrounding All Might.
"Let's test how tough you are."
"Hellfire Fist!"
Among the black sky covered with Nomus, a spark appeared and an explosion followed. Red flame comparable to the sun spread through the mass and burn a hole, showing the grey sky above.
"Amaterasu."
The second best hero of Japan, Endeavor, aimed the fire ball he had created toward the giant tree spawning the monsters all over Japan. It passed through the thin layer of distorted light protecting the tree before burning a hole in the side. The amount of heat would have burn the old him dead but after stepping into that strange device, he could achieve things only possible in his dream. But it was still not enough. This amount of power was still not enough to compete with All Might. He needed to be better, to be stronger to take the place righteously belonged to him.
