Chapter 360: Big Sister Mary Sue's Special Lesson, Your Little Sister is Right Outside the Door (3)
Just as Shia said, it was broad daylight.
She shot him a deep, cold look, her whole body exuding hostility.
Seeing her put away her weapon, Shia smiled faintly.
Bluffing really works every time.
Hadn't he just scared her into backing down?
But scaring her wasn't enough.
Since she had come looking for him, she clearly intended to propose a collaboration.
However, starting off with violence was a terrible habit.
"Sister, this isn't exactly a show of good faith for cooperation."
There was a hint of danger in Shia's voice.
Fafna frowned. The situation was developing differently than she had expected.
Of course, she never truly saw the insect before her as worth her concern.
Even if she had suffered a minor setback before, she chalked it up as an accident.
Fafna looked at Shia—only to suddenly find herself thrown onto the soft bedspread.
Caught off guard, the tall red-haired lady was pinned down by the boy.
Her red hair fanned out, the vivid color making her cold, expressionless face seem even more frosty.
Her eyes still carried a trace of surprise.
"Are you ready to be punished?"
The boy's voice held a hint of dominance.
As he finished speaking, the sound of fabric tearing filled the room.
Shock flashed across Fafna's usually impassive face; she clearly never expected to be overpowered again by the boy.
The once-fearsome Valkyrie, the idolized white moonlight of Mary Sue, was once again being humiliated.
Fafna clutched her torn clothes with one hand, long fingers pressing against her pale skin, her eyes brimming with bone-chilling killing intent.
Her other hand gripped Shia's wrist tightly, silently warning him.
But Shia completely ignored the coldness and killing aura, his actions uninterrupted.
A high and mighty flower, once caught in a vulnerable moment, could become surprisingly docile.
The moment Shia's hand landed, the Valkyrie's cold voice melted into a different kind of sound.
The contrast between her cool voice and the sultry tones was striking—and rather intoxicating.
For a moment, Fafna's eyes turned blank.
She clearly hadn't expected him to be so brazen.
The strange sensations were utterly unfamiliar, leaving her at a complete loss.
As he said, making a scene now was unwise.
Was she really going to just endure it?
Fafna was overwhelmed, not knowing what to do.
Her slender fingers gripped the torn fabric, uncertain how to handle the situation.
She heard the sounds escaping her own throat, yet her mind was so chaotic she didn't realize they came from her.
The boy's breathing filled her ears, painfully clear.
"Your life should be about more than hatred and slaughter."
"You've been blinded, unable to sense anything beautiful."
"But that's okay. Maybe I can help you."
"Sister, I'm very 'helpful,' after all."
The rustling of hair against the brocade and the sound of racing heartbeats blended together.
Fafna stared at the ceiling—or maybe she saw nothing at all.
She felt like she was drifting on water, helpless against the current, the deep sea below ready to swallow her whole.
Despite telling herself this was just a small incident, her body didn't obey.
Even clenching her mouth shut couldn't completely stifle the noises escaping from her chest and throat.
Fafna panicked even more, but had no solution.
Her feeble resistance, given the strength difference between them, seemed more like a coy struggle.
Fearing too much noise would draw attention, she even had to lower her voice.
The once aloof Valkyrie's suppressed sounds were utterly seductive.
Shia grew even more intrigued.
By now, the once tense atmosphere in the room had completely shifted.
The air grew sticky and thick, the icy goddess letting out barely contained sounds.
The two were entirely absorbed in their struggle, oblivious to the world outside.
They didn't know that a new visitor had arrived.
In just a blink, Lilith came looking for Shia.
After breakfast, she hadn't seen him all day.
Thinking about her sister's odd reaction at breakfast made her heart flutter with excitement.
But Shia never came looking for her.
So she decided to find him herself, to bond with her "puppy" and figure out how to win over her sister.
Before she could knock, though, she heard a familiar voice from inside.
There was no mistaking it!
Lilith froze, took two steps back, and looked around.
No mistake—this was definitely Shia's room.
But why was her sister's voice coming from inside?
Curiosity instantly overwhelmed her.
Lilith pressed her ear tightly to the door, eavesdropping shamelessly.
She didn't want to miss a single sound.
Why would her sister be alone with her childhood friend?
What could they be doing?
Images sprang unbidden into Lilith's mind.
In a private room, just the two of them—what would happen?
Was Shia taking advantage of her sister?
She pictured her sister pinned against the bed, clothes disheveled, face flushed with unfamiliar emotions.
And Shia, diligently working, disrespecting her beautiful sister...
Lilith quickly shook her head, trying to drive out the ridiculous images.
What was she even thinking!
That was impossible!
Who was inside?
Her sister—the adopted daughter of the Guen family, the feared Valkyrie!
In a thirty-meter radius, no one even dared to approach her!
And the other person?
Just her little "puppy."
The gap between them was an entire ocean!
What could a puppy possibly do to a goddess?
Beg for a pat on the head?
How could he take advantage of her?
Lilith racked her brain but couldn't imagine anything beyond her sister tossing him a sock.
No! That wasn't the point!
Even if Shia couldn't do anything, just the two of them being alone was unacceptable!
No way could she let her sister be monopolized!
Having made up her mind, Lilith quietly tiptoed away, then deliberately stomped back loudly and knocked heavily on the door.
