Chapter 361: Let Mary Sue Taste the Feeling of Being Cucked by Her White Moonlight Right in Front of Her (1)

At the moment the knocking sounded, inside the room, Fafna's body tensed up instantly.

The chaos in her eyes vanished, and she immediately turned to look at the door.

The door was tightly shut, and through it came Lilith's voice.

"Shia, open the door. Is Sister with you?"

Shia could clearly feel her body stiffen.

Seeing even a thin layer of sweat bead up on her forehead, he couldn't help teasing her.

"I can feel your nervousness just from our skin touching. Is it really that bad?"

Fafna's body remained taut, her gaze fixed on the door, as if terrified the person outside might burst in any second.

Shia was already leaning in close to her ear.

The boy's scent was so vivid, his presence overwhelmingly strong.

Shia whispered right into Fafna's ear, almost afraid she wouldn't hear him.

"You're her sister, after all!"

Fafna's gaze snapped back to land on Shia's face.

Her eyes were cold, filled with pure disdain.

As if being this close to him was some kind of defilement.

But at this moment, her skin was a gorgeous rosy red, making that cold stare completely lose any intimidation.

Shia even wore a mischievous grin on his face.

"Your little sister's calling you out there. Aren't you going to answer her?"

Fafna gritted her teeth, struggling to suppress the strange sounds trying to creep into her voice, and squeezed out a sentence from between her teeth.

"Let go of me!"

Let go? No way.

He even tightened his grip, more wickedly than before.

Caught off guard, Fafna almost couldn't hold it in.

If her little sister wasn't still pounding at the door outside, she would have definitely lost it and let a moan slip out.

"You... what do you want?"

Her cool voice rose slightly.

Outside the door, Lilith had her ear pressed against it, anxious but also basking in her sister's voice.

"Sister, I have something to discuss with you. Please open the door."

Today's sister's voice sounds so good~.

"If you have something to say, say it."

Inside, Fafna's voice was cold and short through the door.

The brief, distant words were still enough for Lilith to hear clearly.

Did Lilith really have something urgent to discuss with Fafna?

Of course not.

She just didn't want her puppy monopolizing her sister.

Even the excuse she had just blurted out was made up on the spot.

But of course she couldn't admit that.

Besides, her sister's voice today really sounded extra good.

Even though the words were short, they were addictively sweet to her ears.

She wasn't sure what was different, but it definitely sounded wonderful.

"Mother's birthday is in a couple of days, and I have some things to discuss with you. It's too much to explain through the door. Sister, open up and let me come in so we can talk properly, okay?"

Outside, Lilith was almost hopping with impatience.

But Fafna had locked the door behind her when she came to find Shia, so all Lilith could do was wait anxiously.

After all, faced with her sister's usual authority, she didn't dare to push too hard.

"If it's something important, we can talk about it later."

Her cold voice remained clipped and steady.

There wasn't a hint of oddness.

Even Shia had to secretly praise her incredible willpower.

After all, just moments ago, this Valkyrie couldn't help letting some sounds leak through her nose despite trying to suppress them.

But ever since Lilith had started banging at the door, she had stubbornly bit down and stayed silent.

Now, her whole body, usually so snow-white, was flushed pink from the effort, her eyes shimmering with moisture as if she might cry.

Even so, she forced herself to answer calmly, just to not make her little sister worry.

But was Lilith the type to give up so easily?

Eavesdropping like this was hardly her first time.

She would always stubbornly insist on a response, even when dealing with other older sisters, let alone her most beloved Fafna.

"But Mother's birthday is almost here! If we don't plan things now, the whole thing could be a mess!"

Inside, Fafna clenched her teeth so hard it hurt, wishing the annoying brat outside would just disappear.

Such a damn nuisance!

She really couldn't like her.

Because of her, the happiness that should have been hers was taken away, and now she was still a constant source of irritation.

She was already barely hanging on, and yet the girl outside kept hammering at her defenses.

She had refused so obviously, yet Lilith clung to her like a piece of stubborn gum.

Fafna grabbed Shia's arm tightly.

In the depths of her eyes, complex emotions swirled.

Was she begging him to stop?

Or hoping he would drive away the pest outside?

Shia smiled silently.

He raised an eyebrow slightly.

Looks like the lesson had gone far enough.

Separated by just a door, their conversation still sounded almost normal.

One was gritting her teeth to stay composed.

The other was soaking up every word like a lovesick fool.

The whole scene was almost too harmonious.

Lilith anxiously awaited another response.

Just one more time—sister's voice was so nice today, she could tolerate eavesdropping a little longer.

But soon, she heard approaching footsteps.

Her disappointment only lasted a second.

She was more excited and happy at the thought of finally seeing her sister.

Still, not wanting to look suspicious, she quickly straightened up and fussed with her hair.

When Shia opened the door, Lilith blinked but didn't catch anything unusual.

Shia stepped aside, motioning for her to enter.

As Lilith walked in, she asked Shia in a small, confused voice.

"What were you two doing just now?"

Why did it take so long to open the door?

And why was it locked in the first place?

But the moment she entered Shia's room and saw the red-haired beauty, she couldn't look away.

Fafna was seated upright on the sofa by a small table, her tall, elegant body perfectly poised, her snowy skin tinged with pink.

On closer inspection, there was even a sheen of sweat at her forehead.

Though she still looked cold and aloof like a snow lotus, something felt... different.

If the old Fafna had been an unreachable ice goddess, now she looked like a delicate flower sprinkled with dewdrops, lovingly nurtured.

More beautiful. More tempting.

But...

Lilith couldn't help staring closely and quickly noticed something wrong.

Why were Sister's clothes a little crooked?

Her stockings too seemed slightly out of place.

Lilith was puzzled.
