"Get ready, Veylith."
Still within the portal, Kaelen poised himself and at his warning, Veylith did the same.
"This Floor is unlike anything we've ever faced before, make sure to — eh?"
As soon as they came out of the portal, Kaelen's eyes widened in disbelief.
"Wait... Where are we?"
As far as his eyes could see, Kaelen beheld nothing but a desolate waste land. This was clearly not the same Floor that he had set.
"Hey, Dark Fae. Where are we?"
He turned his eyes skyward, his question earning him the fallen Fairy's glare.
In response, the Dark Fae glided down to him, floating directly in front of his face.
"You lowly creature, how dare you address me so casually?!"
She roared in a squeaky voice that was barely intimidating, but Kaelen knew better than to earn her ire.
[In the game they were meant to just be administrators and weren't allowed to attack players... I can't be sure if that's still the case.]
"I am deeply sorry."
Kaelen slightly bowed his head.
